Wonderful place to stay, Amenities are very nice, Staff is extremely helpful. Manager, Juan, goes above & beyond to ensure your stay is stellar. Juan gives personalized information on the surrounding area. He helped us immediately when we were having car problems. He found us a reliable reasonably priced mechanic,

The resort is three hours from San Jose Airport. Two hours from the beach. Four to five hours from the Panama border. It was suppose to be all inclusive but the manager told me I had to pay for my meals. Staff was nice, friendly & accommodating. The telephone number that was listed was incorrect. I wasn't given a tour of the resort facilities.

This property is great and the staff are courteous. Cleaning is excellent 👌🏾 and the excursions are amazing especially Caño Island with snorkeling. The only downside are the challenge with WiFi connection (but then again, why is this important if you are relaxing and should be off digitally) and the bedding was not comfortable. Otherwise, lovely place!!

The hotel is comfortable, has good food, and is very centrally located in an area with many commercial and tourist alternatives. The rooms are very simple, but they have a coffee maker, microwave, and small refrigerator.

After the many negative reports on Tripadvisor - we were pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff at the reception. The competent and friendly waitress Liseth, good food with excellent pizza. What more could you ask for. Sure, the rooms would need to be renovated, but the value for money is unbeatable. Nice tennis court and large gym. Only the loud karaoke party and the disco noise until 1:30 am clouded the stay. Can't sleep even with earplugs. We'd love to come back - but without the disco.

Es un hotel tranquilo, para descansar y relajarse. La atención del personal es inmejorable y lo hacen sentir a uno como es casa. La comida es deliciosa!!!! Está cerca de muchas playas en el Pacífico central y también de las montañas del Cerro Chirripó.

Sinceramente fue la experiencia mas rara y mala que he tenido en un hotel, primera noche nos dan una cabina q no sirve el aire, se cambia a una habitacion en la que no se podia dormir por que habia un "palenque" musica hasta la 130 de la manana, al siguiente dia habia un karaoke excesivamente alto, la cabina tenia azulejos faltantes en el baño, y en general se veia descuidad... debido al escandalo terminamos cancelando y perdiendo la noche para irnos a otro lugar

si lo que quieres es un lugar de descanso, para cargar baterías y seguir tu viaje, definitivamente este NO es el lugar.... el día que me hospedé tenían algún evento con música en vivo y karaoke a todo volumen... como si se tratara de un bar / discoteca, se detuvieron hasta ser las 12:17am... mientras tanto los huéspedes que no estaban en el evento no pudimos dormir...
