perfect cuisine, meaning best pasta and wine in a really relaxing area. Chef was so kind to tell us even some recipe secrets. We can only recommand to everyone and hope to come back! Good luck to this lovely staff, waiters and cooks!

We booked as a B&B as a base to explore Tuscany. It was a great choice but you do need a hire car. Located 20 mins from airport it’s convenient for arrival but really quiet. You are literally 10mins drive from the Leaning Tower and Pisa attractions, and only 15mins from motorway for other Tuscany attractions. The room was clean and had what we needed, Wi-Fi, comfy beds, fridge and fans. Breakfast was a continental buffet and was fine, staff lovely and friendly and water hot and plentiful. No idea what many complaints on here are on about, great location!

The only thing nice is the natural park … we left to another hotel. They gave as a room near the reception, where the wifi (which is not good) works a little better, which makes everybody sit with the Phone outside our room (and not 1 or 2 people but awhole Class or Big groups 15 people) which gave no privacy at all and no conditioner Air so we needed to of course open the door for Air (very hot in the room) which means all the time that constant people outside was almost like to have Them in your room… I Think is a place to take a Class or a School and enjoy the Nature around…I wouldn’t Call it a hotel… by the Way also rest of paper and plastic under the bed, so makes me wonder about the cleaning of the room.

The location is very beautiful, it's a shame that the maintenance of the park and equipment is lacking.
The room had broken shutters.
The check-in staff was not motivated and professional, the breakfast staff was much worse.

Ottima struttura, immersa nella natura incontaminata, stanza pulita e molto grande, essenziali, la colazione molto abbondante il loro personale è stato gentile in tutte le fasi, si possono prendere anche le bici fino ad esaurimento, da ripetere

Lo scenario del Parco San Rossore è magnifico. Una immersione nella natura. Pace e silenzio. Camere spartane, pulite. Il ristorante era chiuso. Purtroppo il collegamento internet è difficoltoso, però si sopperisce con il WIFI dell'hotel. La reception chiude alle 19.30 e riapre alle 9.00

Casale molto antico, buono per chi vuole staccare la spina dalla vita frenetica. Quando parlo di staccare non lo dico in senso figurato: i cellulari non prendono, il wi-fi non funziona, il bagno non è ristrutturato da tempo, le porte di ingresso sono in legno, le stanze non sono insonorizzate, i materassi sfondati. La reception non è sempre aperta, il personale gentilissimo. Distante da qualsiasi cosa possa riguardare gli anni 2000

Casale immerso in un parco,lontano dalla città, manca rete internet e servizio Wifi.Camere molto spartane,sprovviste di aria condizionata,un caldo terribile che ci ha fatto trascorrere una notte da incubo.Assenza di acqua calda .Colazione discreta.Assolutamente da evitare.
