As an introduction to compare with other reviews, they are now obsolete, the management having changed everything has been renovated and operational. The top As often for a number of years, the curve has reversed between France and Italy on many points, notably gastronomy and its accessibility/quality. The hotel industry is still a bit below and is expensive but that tends to change too..... As proof, this hotel 3km beyond the Tower of Pisa in the middle of the peripheral countryside. Bordered by a canal, there are several villas transformed into a hotel with its reception/restaurant in the centre. It’s a success and expectations are met!!! Swimming pool, greenery, restaurant with local dishes with fresh quality products. For 4 count 50 euros per meal compared to 85 for the equivalent in France (with drinks and coffee) The breakfast outclasses our pale collazioni from France: here it's 7 euros with choice, quality, fresh fruit, we makes your cappuccino, coffee, milk, chocolate... no industrial machine here served with bar equipment that you would be charged for in France... eggs? We make them scrambled for you in the kitchen or on the plate.... That doesn't exist in our house so much attention And you can get some more AC The rooms are practical with the TV tuned to the you tube playstore box, huge lot, air conditioning 22 degrees when we arrived A friendly, multilingual, smiling, humble and hardworking staff. It doesn't matter In the evening the lawn receives a nice visit from pippins who cackle The only problem is the mosquitoes due to the location but independent of the hotel that doesn't count considering the rest And the price for all that? Very reasonable for two days less than 200 euros Conclusion ..... France is in total perdition. Spain and Italy are outclassing us at great speed Happy with this stay and the nerves of returning to the dust of our dear life

Passing through Pisa, we chose this hotel for its proximity to the tourist sites and for its services (including the swimming pool). When we arrive, we discover an abandoned hotel. The swing is broken, the garden not maintained, the pool water is greenish, the ashtrays not emptied. The room is particularly old and the equipment does not work (air conditioning and hair dryer). Concerning the proximity, the information given on the sites is information as the crow flies. In reality, it is almost 10 km that you have to travel to reach the site of the Tower. The hotel is isolated and we did not find public transport. We have shared these points with the staff who seem resigned to this situation. We attach some images of our stay in this hotel.

Having recently changed management, the structure seems to have already reaped the benefits, clean rooms and helpful staff have impressed me favorably. The strong points of this structure are a beautiful swimming pool, the cheap and very tasty restaurant and the silence which is broken only by the chirping of the cicadas and the singing of the birds. The hotel is just a few minutes from the center of Pisa and 10 minutes from Lucca. Ideal for those looking for a place to relax, 5 stars deserved!

We spent one night in this hotel on our way to vacation. On Booking it was mentioned 5 minutes from the center of Pisa, allow a good 15 minutes and we found it with difficulty despite the GPS (Waze does not find it, use Google Maps). We chose it for the swimming pool so that we could cool off. The swimming pool is indeed pleasant but the cleanliness leaves a little to be desired and the regular passage of planes just above disturbs the peace and quiet! The staff at reception when we arrived and when we left in the morning were not really welcoming. The restaurant was unfortunately closed without any explanation. The room was clean and fortunately the planes stop at night. The bedding, however, deserves to be changed...very soft and sagging mattress. The breakfast is frankly average with very little choice, no fresh bread, only white bread or rusks...

Outside it is passable with a not very clean but beautiful swimming pool, not a bad park. The room is dirty, dust everywhere and with a damp and musty smell. Refrigerator present but not usable because dirty. An experience not to be repeated even if for just one night.
