This hotel has spacious rooms. It’s extremely clean. Breakfast is good. Good service. Very good value for money. It’s to be found near the Shrine of Padre Pio. The only thing is that no lift is available but it is a good place to stay. Beds are very comfortable.

Il receptionist è stato molto accogliente e gentile. Al ristorante i camerieri sono stati molto gentili e attenti all' ordine fatto. Al ristorante ho visto tanto ordine e pulizia e non si sentiva aria di cibo .. adoro .. sono stata servita come una regina ..

Premetto che per 10 anni in pellegrinaggio a san Giovanni rotondo io e la mia famiglia abbiamo alloggiato in un altro hotel ...nel 2024 abbiamo deciso di cambiare e abbiamo scelto hotel sollievo .... L' hotel si trova a 2 passi dalla chiesa e dai luoghi di San Pio ..e a 2 passi dall ' ospedale ... è un hotel a conduzione familiare , i proprietari sono gentili e disponibili a venire in contro a qualsiasi richiesta ...l ' hotel si vede che è stato ristrutturato da poco , le camere sono pulite , è dotato di ascensore è presente un piccolo frigo e sono presenti i condizionatori con telecomando quindi ognuno può decidere la temperatura della camera in base alle proprie esigenze ...siamo stati li a fine maggio e ci stiamo organizzando per ritornarci tra qualche giorno ...prima di andarci avevo letto alcune recensioni ed ero titubante ...ma non vi fidate di tutto quello che leggete ...provate perché è veramente una struttura che merita ..ho dato 5 stelle ..

Hotel pulito, camere piccole ma confortevoli con arredamento nuovissimo e moderno. Nella nostra doppia una pecca da segnlare bagno di dimensioni eccessivamente ridotte con lavandino e doccia scomodi perché troppo piccoli. Abbiamo optato per la pensione completa, con ampia scelta di piatti abbondanti e gustosi. Personale cortese e disponibile. Prezzo in linea con quanto offerto. Valore aggiunto la posizione eccezionale a pochissimi passi dall'ospedale e dai luoghi di culto

Chiamarlo hotel è un’esagerazione.. Stanza fredda e senza possibilità di accendere il condizionatore, prese elettriche assenti in bagno e vicino alla scrivania.. Colazione misera, viene assegnato un (1) cornetto senza possibilità di scelta decidono loro, incuranti di eventuali eventuali intolleranze e senza possibilità di chiedere un bis; non è il mio caso ma ho assistito al diniego di un secondo cornetto ad un cliente.. Premetto che ero stata ad agosto in questo albergo trovandomi bene e per questo motivo ci sono ritornata volentieri. Purtroppo però facendo stavolta cattiva figura con i miei familiari dato che ne avevo parlato bene. Camere piene di polvere. Colazione davvero misera rispetto alla precedente volta.Pagato il servizio culla con una culla molto vecchia (ad agosto scorso senza materasso e hanno accomodato con delle coperte sotto le lenzuola che premetto ,le lenzuola non da culla ma delle lenzuola da letto singolo.Invece questa volta con un sottilissimo materassino con le medesime lenzuola da letto singolo,io ho fatto aggiungere almeno una coperta sotto per renderlo più morbido).Almeno quello che potreste fare dato che non sono così armati x bene per dare il servizio culla,non farselo pagare la trovo una cosa ragionevole. Ahimè non so se tornerò più in questo hotel. Peccato perché è in una posizione strategica ma con il prezzo che ho pagato preferisco avere una migliore accoglienza.

Struttura moderna camere con mobili nuovi TV frigo nuovo stanze pulite pulite. Parcheggio adiacente privato. Il ristorante dell’hotel molto consigliato cibi di ottima qualità serviti da personale molto gentile in particolare Gianni .

Ho soggiornato presso Casa Sollievo a San Giovanni Rotondo durante un momento delicato, dato che il mio compagno doveva sottoporsi a un intervento chirurgico. All'inizio, il personale della reception è stato disponibile, ma purtroppo la mia esperienza è stata deludente. Non ci è stato comunicato fin da subito che l'hotel era convenzionato con l'ospedale e che, dopo alcune notti, la nostra camera sarebbe stata occupata da gruppi. Ho pranzato e cenato lì per comodità, ma la qualità del cibo era mediocre e il servizio molto freddo. Il giorno delle dimissioni del mio compagno, sono tornata in albergo e mi è stato chiesto di liberare la camera immediatamente. Questo atteggiamento mi ha lasciato sconcertata: ho trovato una mancanza di rispetto e una totale assenza di tatto nei confronti di chi si trova in una situazione difficile. La struttura, invece di offrire sollievo, ha contribuito a un senso di tristezza. Inoltre, non ci hanno mai avvisato in tempo riguardo al cambio della camera. Questo comportamento venale e indifferente è inaccettabile, specialmente in un contesto così delicato. Non consiglio questa struttura a chi cerca supporto e comprensione in un momento difficile
