Every member of staff in the hotel are happy and willing to help you. They organised my taxi from Bari airport to the hotel and the return journey. Rooms are lovely and comfortable, you don’t want for anything! The set menu is above and beyond what we expect in the UK. The food is So tasty and plenty of it. The hill outside the hotel is quite a climb but, so close to the St Pio church and attractions. I will certainly come back again. Thank you all for your generosity, and kindness in what you do for your clients in making them feel welcome and it seems nothing is too much trouble for the staff in this lovely hotel.

We were travelling as a couple. This hotel is geared up for big groups. We were booked in the main hotel but accommodated in the Ariae across the road which meant we had to walk across for breakfast - not a huge deal but not great. The Ariae has no facilities and our room was small and dingy. There was no shower gel, the hair dryer did not work, the shower tray was dirty, the balcony has no furniture on it and was next to a building site. The breakfast was dismal too with limited choice and was descimated by 7.30 because of the large groups that were in. The staff were friendly and there is plenty of free car parking. After 9 nights of amazing hotels this was such a shame.

Excellent hotel, very kind reception and dining room staff, ready to satisfy any request, quality food prepared with genuine and local ingredients linked to the culinary tradition of Puglia. Covered and very large garage. Clean and spacious rooms, well furnished, bathroom unfortunately quite small and without a shelf on which to place your products. However, in any case, definitely to recommend.

Excellent stay, very kind and helpful staff. THE HOTEL IS LOCATED IN A STRATEGIC AREA TO GO TO THE Sanctuary. The room was very comfortable and clean. We took advantage of the restaurant which turned out to be a real delight for our palates. We will definitely return with great pleasure.

Excellent Hotel, excellent value for money, clean, comfortable room with TV (Sky), fridge, safe, very comfortable beds. The property has an underground parking with video surveillance. You can leave your car at the hotel parking and walk to the sanctuary which is about 400 meters from the hotel. Abundant breakfast and you can have lunch and/or dinner with a fixed menu or à la carte. If you prefer to have lunch or dinner with a first course, second course, water, coffee and dessert, I recommend the fixed menu, it is offered at a great price.

Great hotel, we were in the annex and we had a great time, friendly and welcoming staff, convenient parking and excellent breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and savory. Close to the sanctuary, a place of spirituality and you can go very well on foot.
