very friendly staff, they pleased every our wish; the room were cleaned every day, the towels were changed every day; the view from the balcony is amazing, there were beautiful flowers on the balcony: food is excelent- even for vegetarian, the salad bar at the dinner and the dinner were a large portion. i recommend this hotel :)

Very nice place if it weren't for the room on the third floor without a lift which after 4/5 of walking became the most challenging climb. Very friendly and empathetic restaurant staff. Average without praise or infamy

What to say..... Wonderful holiday! Everything perfect, from the welcome to the table service. Breakfast and dinner always at the top. Kind and attentive staff. Clean and always tidy rooms. Hotels near excursion sites that can be reached on foot or by taking advantage of free tickets to travel by bus or train. We will definitely return to this wonderful enchanted place.

Hotel in good location, but dated and dirty. In a week they never changed the sheets and never vacuumed. It's not even the staff's fault, considering there are two girls who wait tables, clean the rooms and do the laundry, with no days off. Spa is half working, only sauna and turkish bath, jacuzzi is broken! The latte in the morning is considered an extra, so either you have breakfast without it or you pay! The kitchen mediocre, little choice and questionable. Honestly we were very, very disappointed, I've never been able to wait to leave a hotel. If the owner, who is very rude, does not decide to improve the services offered, I don't think she will go on much.

La zona è bellissima,peccato che non c'è il servizio ,rientrati alle 14,30 volevamo bere qualcosa di caldo e fare la sauna ,non c'era nessuno che mi potesse aiutare ,siamo scesi a colazione alle 8,30 e non c'erano più le brioches,il succo di frutta ,abbiamo dovuto chiamare noi x dirgli che era tutto finito il cameriere poveretto da solo a servire in sala ,fare i cappucci al banco e sparecchiare ,uguale a cena ,troppo facile dire che è alta stagione ......,io pago anche di più xchè è alta stagione e il servizio dovrebbe essere adeguato ma non lo è stato .
