La pizza è pessima, pagarla 9 euro presuppone almeno ingredienti di qualità, che non ho trovato, inoltre, la pizza fritta era inzuppata di olio. Non tornerò più ovviamente. La recensione si limita alla pizza non ho esperienze nell’hotel.

Località molto bella immersa nel verde della Sila dove di possono fare bellissime passeggiate, visitare la famosa abbazia florense. La chiesa madre. Da visitare l’artigianato San giovannese molto caratteristici i vestiti tradizionali .

Alle 3 di notte suona l'allarme incendio. Scendo le scale fino alla reception: non c'è nessuno e l'allarme continua a suonare. Chiamo Io i vigili del fuoco e quando arrivano si materializza un anziano in mutande che assieme ai vigili spegne la sirena. Al mattino mi dicono che non si può fare colazione nella sala dell'hotel e mi mandano al bar. Non aggiungo altro se non che non funzionava l'aria condizionata.

Accurata pulizia di stanze e ambienti condivisi sia all'interno che all'esterno e proposta di prima colazione ideale per assortimento e promozione del marketing territoriale.Viaggio molto e soggiorno molto spesso in strutture ricettive. Le stelle, i servizi e i prezzi indicati spessissimo non coincidono con le aspettative.Trovo che la pulizia delle strutture e la proposta delle prime colazioni lasci sempre molto a desiderare quando dovrebbero essere i punti di forza per ogni luogo dedicato alla ricettività.Anche la proposta ristorativa mi sembra di buon livello seppur io abbia degustato un menu dedicato ad una speciale iniziativa. Complimenti alla proprietà,ai direttori e a tutti i collaboratori con l'augurio che tutto possa rimanere una costante nel tempo.

Prenoto in suite per 2 persone, all'arrivo in camera notiamo subito una insopportabile puzza di bruciato. Contattata la reception ci viene detto che tramite uno spiffero entra dentro la camera il fumo della canna fumaria della pizzeria dell'hotel e non possiamo fare nulla. Stanza bella ma tenuta male (doccia con soffione rotto inutilizzabile, plafoniera del bagno inesistente, porta asciugamani non manutenuti). La sera decidiamo di cenare in hotel; pizza buona e primo piatto accettabile, se non fosse che ci hanno servito alle 9 la pizza e alle 10 meno un quarto il primo. Uno ha guardato mangiare l'altro e viceversa. Esperienza negativa, sconsigliato.

Personale gentile pronto ad accogliere ogni richiesta e risolvere piccoli inconvenienti, stanza spaziosa e abbastanza pulita, ristorante affollato e buona pizza, annesso il bar dove è possibile consumare la colazione. Ampio parcheggio. Consigliato

Le stanze sono molto pulite, gli ambienti igienizzati e nuovi. Il difetto più grave è stata l'acqua calda che risultava tiepida e non soddisfacente. Nell'hotel ci sono sale ricevimenti e a fine evento si sente il rumore dello spostamento dei tavoli...

Struttura nuova, stanze accoglienti e pulite, pecca l'acqua della doccia che era tiepida invece che calda, ed infine durante la notte,si sentono spostamenti di tavoli e sedie provenire dalle sale giù, in modo non indifferente. Colazione buona.

Non è la prima volta che ceniamo in questo ristorante, principalmente lo preferiamo per la qualità della pizza(eccellente) e per la cortesia dei ragazzi che ci lavorano. Questa sera mi capita di avere un incontro con il titolare per niente gentile e cortese, dove mi fa notare che l'ingresso non è consentito ai cani, ovviamente come tutte le volte quando prenotiamo chiediamo se è possibile la presenza del nostro cane e anche questa volta come tutte le volte il personale di sala non ci fa nessun problema.. Ma la nota davvero stonata che mi spinge a scrivere questa recensione negativa e che il titolare solo dopo che il mio tavolo(un tavolo da 7 persone) ha già consumato, quindi bevuto e mangiato in procinto di pagare, anziché ringraziare per aver preferito il suo ristorante ci dà il ben servito come se lui avesse fatto un favore a noi... È proprio vero puoi vivere una vita intera all'estero confrontandoti con diverse culture,ma l'arte del saper fare e del saper vendere se non la possiedi c'è poco da fare... Ovviamente non ritorneremo più!
