We booked a two bedroom apartment and paid well over the odds in comparison to just two rooms. It turned out the living area (which was just a tiny kitchen with a dining table - no sofa) was shared with others. As a result we didn't get a key to enter and it remained unlocked, just a key to each bedroom. So it's misleading and very expensive - I'm quite disappointed with it.

We stayed at a very nice two bedroom apartment with a big kitchens and living room. It was very well located and the main bedroom had an AC. We could drive up with the car, unload and park the car at a near public parking lot. Overall a very nice place.

A right place to stay, clean and centrally located, close to car parks ... Friendly and helpful owner ... Unfortunately we could not taste the breakfast due to covid regulations, but the owner can give excellent alternatives and advice.

Forte del fatto che il turismo di San Geminiano è raramente ripetitivo e il concetto di fidelizzare il cliente non è tra i principi della ricezione del luogo, questa struttura non brilla certo per gentilezza e disponibilità, ceck in con signora scoccita anche se l'orario era concordato dal giorno prima telefonicamente, con la scusa del bancomat scarico ha preteso soldi in contanti..... Un appartamento con due camere e cucina le camere affittate a ospiti diversi senza dire nulla e ci si ritrova un cliente semi nudo che gira liberamente con la porta aperta, ha ragione lui cmq, nemmeno a noi è stato detto di avere attenzione. Camera pulita niente da ridire, ma con un odore di varecchina talmente forte che abbiamo dovuto aprire le finesta e uscire per smaltire l' acre del disinfettante...."arieggiare l'ambiente prima di soggiornarvi"!!!

Irreperibilità....ai numeri indicati non risponde nessuno non si ha modo di contattare la struttura...ne al telefono ne whatsapp ne per email...non si ha modo di avere informazioni guida o sapere come arrivare dove parcheggiare o come poter fare per arrivare in struttura.... veramente assurdo nel 2025

Struttura carina con un po’ troppi scalini e porte da aprire per arrivare in camera che nel complesso è ordinata e molto pulita… la nostra stanza dava sulla strada e quando passano le auto (poche a dire il vero) si sente tutto come si sentono tutti gli ospiti delle altre stanze sopratutto quelle sopra dove davvero sembrava di essere con loro in bagno. Prezzo comunque modico vista la posizione a 2 passi dal centro. Servizi puliti e con tutto l’occorrente compreso phon e saponi da bagno.

È una piccolo B&B che ha il vantaggio di essere abbastanza vicino al centro e non costa molto. La stanza che è stata assegnata a me, mia moglie e mio figlio è abbastanza piccolo con un bagno ancora meno praticabile soprattutto la doccia. Dispiace inoltre che non ci sia la possibilità di fare colazione in loco considerato poi che i bar non sono molto vicini.
