El hotel me decia por telefono que si se puede cancelar sin problema mi reserva hecha por booking. Luego no aceptaban la demanda y hasta cuando booking les llamo afirmaron que no quisieran cancelar la noche. Mal honestos y mentirosos son 2 caracteristicas de este hotel

Lo mejor de este hotel son las duchas al aire libre!! Un hotel para ir a relajarse. La atención fue de 10 - El chico, Nelson - estuvo muy atento a todos nuestros pedidos o preguntas. 100% RECOMENDADO.

Nos quedamos en El Ciruelo para asistir a un boda y la experiencia fue muy buena! Las piezas e instalaciones de primer nivel, todo súper cómodo. La piscina y los alrededores preciosos. Realmente disfrutamos esta escapada en medio de la naturaleza. Agradecemos a Nelson quien nos atendió súper bien y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitáramos.
