Amazing service. Had a great time during our stay we were very satisfied with how we were treated. The hotel location was perfect for us and we were able to go sightsee everywhere we wanted.

San Francisco Downtown
It's a hotel with some proud history. They've arranged a corridor to introduce their past and the hotel is elegantly decorated. There's some sort of package that I've paid for at trip.com. that I didn't really know about and they've given me 20 dollar allowance to use for the hotel food because of this. The room is clean, and basically you could use the lift by yourself because it requires you to enter your floor number before you get in the specific lift. The hotel is right in front of the union square so you're accesible to many stuff. I've talked to some guests at the breakfast place and some of them have come here many times. I think I would come again some time, if SF city has less homeless and become cleaner, like it used to be.
InterContinental San Francisco, an IHG Hotel

South of Market
Bottled water is provided upon check-in (you can get it at the front desk at any time afterwards), and slippers are provided in the house, which is a rare highlight in American hotels. The house is quite spacious and has a good view because it is on a relatively high floor.

San Francisco Downtown
The location is very good. It's just two steps away from the entrance to Chinatown. The surrounding area is very quiet, safe and clean. This is very important. It's very convenient to take the bus. There are several delicious Chinese restaurants nearby. The hotel is also very clean.

The hotel is very new and the layout is very innovative. The door card is a round wooden sign. Breakfast was very rich. You can see the bridge from the room. The hotel staff were very welcoming and even sent us to the car rental location for free on the last day.

San Francisco Downtown
Central location downtown close to Union Square. Nevertheless the neighborhood is slightly rough. Good service, but only 1 bottle of complimentary water for the whole stay. Rooms are clean, but a little small. Good views of the skyline in the higher floors. Staff very friendly.
