"There is a parking lot, but the surrounding environment is very general. The city of San Francisco is very general. Actually, I think it may be with an old name. There are a lot of tramps nearby. For safety reasons, it is recommended to go to la. Living better, playing is also, San Francisco Chinatown is very messy"
"It's my first time staying in this hotel. I'm on the 14th floor. The room is spacious and facing the Bay Clock Tower and Pier 1. It's a super large food court. I queued up to enjoy the most delicious fresh oysters. Downstairs is the starting point of the tram. There is a subway station nearby, and the transportation is convenient. The hotel lobby is tall, spacious, modern and stylish. Children like to play in the water. I hope the hotel front desk can arrange Chinese staff to receive them."

"From Roosevelt to Biden now, they all stayed at this hotel when they came to San Francisco. The hotel is very old and very large. The Christmas decorations on the first floor attract visitors.
The service in the hotel is very good and professional, and sometimes the Chinese language is also spoken. It is worthy of having served the president. However, the hotel facilities are average. Even a suite with an area of over 100 square meters cannot escape the small bathroom of a few square meters. You need to stand in the bathtub to take a shower. The sink is very small. If you are not careful, your toothbrush and toothpaste will fall into the toilet.
The network is very good, that's okay.
Located at the highest point in San Francisco, the view is great, and the room looks directly at ** Island. Walking down the hillside, you will find Chinatown and Union Square 2 blocks away. You need to climb back up, which is a bit hard."
"We stayed at Ritz to celebrate my father’s 73rd Birthday. They are very generous and provided complimentary cupcakes and wine. Definitely the best place to celebrate special occasions! Good food, excellent service and super friendly staff."
"Overall a great urban hotel at which I’ve stayed a number of times. Despite not being a huge fan of the W brand (a bit too trendy as I age) the location and value are hard to beat.
The service is friendly and attentive; the rooms are nicely appointed—I appreciate the Nespresso machine and decent toiletries. The restaurant has good, fresh food for breakfast and friendly and efficient service.
On a stay last month I came down with Covid and ended up in my room for a week; the staff was very considerate about bringing deliveries and checking to make sure I had everything I needed. They would pack room service as “to-go” items but the food was still warm and tasty when it arrived, and with everything needed for a proper meal.
Note that some of the lower floor rooms don’t have much of a view beyond looking at the side of a building next door, so if that’s of importance make sure to books a higher category room. "
"The room was clean and well-equipped, offering great views from the high floor. It was also quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep. The price was reasonable, providing excellent value for money, especially as it included two breakfasts. We were delighted with the breakfast buffet, which featured both Japanese and Western options, catering well to Asian tastes. The hotel is situated in a commercial area, right next to Union Square. It's very close to major attractions like City Hall, Grace Cathedral, Chinatown, and the Museum of Modern Art. Cable car access is also conveniently located."
"I stayed in this hotel for 13 nights. On the day I checkeed out, instantly I booked again for another 5 nights since we had to leave for L.A. Yes the hotel is a just a block away from tenderloin but believe me they really take safety and security nicely: SFPD is the premises all the time all day all night. Union Square is the center for everything in SF. Room was clean, elevator was super fast and the staffs were helpful. Rooftop bar (46th Floor) is on this hotel."
"On my self-guided trip to San Francisco, I had pre-booked this hotel through Ctrip. The location is excellent, with a cable car stop right outside the door that serves all three lines. I'd recommend walking a short distance past Union Square to the Powell Street cable car turnaround to purchase the $15 day pass there, as it's quite a good deal. Breakfast wasn't included with my reservation, but Chinatown is just a walk away, offering plenty of Cantonese dining options. The hotel room itself was decent. The only downside was that one of the three elevators was consistently out of service, leading to long waits during peak hours. The elevators are quite old, and the jolt and shudder every time they stopped on a floor often left guests inside exchanging exasperated smiles."

FFrench DudeI recently stayed at the Galleria Park Hotel during my business trip to San Francisco and here are my thoughts:
Location:
The location of the hotel is quite good. Although the area is quiet at night, there are many places to visit during the day. The neighborhood is very central, not far from Chinatown, just a 15-minute walk away.
Security:
The security at the hotel is excellent. It is very secure and they do not let just anyone enter.
Credit Card Policy:
A major downside, not directly related to the hotel itself, is the strict credit card policy. Even though I paid everything online, presenting a credit card at check-in is mandatory. Without it, you might end up sleeping outside. Additionally, at check-out, there's an unexpected mandatory state tax charged to your card, which you are not informed about beforehand. This is a compulsory tax for the state of California.
Room:
The room was decent. It had a small fridge, but nothing for brushing your teeth. I don’t know if it’s typical of American hotels, but I find showers without hand showers inconvenient. The bed was comfortable. I have some doubts about the cleanliness of the thick carpet, though it seemed clean. Instead of curtains, there are blinds on the windows, which I found disappointing.
Breakfast:
I was disappointed that there was no breakfast provided. Only coffee is offered in the morning and wine in the afternoon, but honestly, I don't care for the wine. We need food. I had to walk 15 minutes to a Seven Eleven to get something to eat and drink.
Wi-Fi:
The Wi-Fi was quite good and worked very well.
Overall, the Galleria Park Hotel has some good points, but there are several areas where it could improve.

GGuest UserVery expensive for a B&B. Nice spot in the Castro/ Mission district near Dolores Park. Well-maintained & reasonable management. Lots of stairs to go up into main house lobby — wrought iron gates with intercom to buzz to get entry into property. Try to get a room in the older main house to minimize stairs! No AC. They have limited parking spots behind the two B&B houses (access from Dorland St) for US$35./day plus tax which is a steep price. Make sure u book a parking spot in advance. Beautiful garden courtyard in the back. Sadly we never got to use it. Try to get a room that faces the other “house” or the backyard - quieter. We had a front room Deluxe King Room 36 which looked nothing like the sample room photos (only one Room 24 w courtyard view, sofa, coffee table). We got a smaller room approx 290sf vs what we paid for 32sq.m, 344sf, no closet just small armoire to hang a couple of things, no sofa, no coffee table, no balcony. They were kind enough to give us a refund for the price difference between the Deluxe King we booked & the Standard King we got. Had to ask for them to vacuum room. Found tissue under headboard/bed, dusty. Not the kind of room you would want to spend much time in —teeny tiny TV, faced front noisy street with electric bus passing by. No screens in windows so had to close windows at night to keep critters out. Bed was ok. Pillows were synthetic & lumpy. View was of electric lines & school across the street. Beware some electric outlets. One was burnt out. Breakfast was repetitive but nice to eat in a lovely breakfast room or outdoor deck. Hard-boiled eggs, muesli, fruit, muffins/ carbs, American coffee, juices. Fortunately SPRO café was next door if you need a great cappuccino or chai latté! Didn’t get a chance to enjoy their wine & cheese. Contact them on WhatsApp +1 (415) 297-6891 to discuss rooms available.
WWaisirLocation is excellent, just next to the cable car Powell Street station. Room is a bit small but clean. Washroom is big enough. The coffee and snacks bought at cafe at the hotel lobby is very nice.

TTraveler LThe bed is very comfortable, there is an external window, the room has a sense of design, it is clean, there is a refrigerator available, the tap water is drinkable, if you are worried, you can also go to the living room and dining area on the 3rd floor to get free hot and cold water. The location is very close to Union Square, which is convenient, but it is a bit scary after dark. The attitude of the staff is not good, but there is a guard at the gate on the first floor, which is reassuring. The accommodation quality is satisfactory for the price paid.

Ccarrie2000This hotel feels very good, the layout and facilities of the hotel are very atmospheric, the service attitude is very good, the surrounding environment is also good, supermarkets, restaurants, and transportation are very convenient.
LLady HThe Marriott San Francisco Fisherman’s Wharf is a high-quality, well-located hotel that perfectly combines comfortable accommodations with a convenient location. The hotel is just steps away from Fisherman's Wharf, allowing travelers to easily enjoy famous seafood restaurants, bay views, and other popular attractions such as the Golden Gate Bridge and ** Island.
The hotel's facilities are modern and well-equipped, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering free Wi-Fi, large-screen TVs, luxury bedding and high-quality bathroom facilities, making them ideal for families, couples or business travelers. The decoration of the rooms is simple yet exquisite, and most rooms have beautiful views of Fisherman's Wharf or downtown San Francisco.
The on-site restaurant provides a variety of food options, from modern American cuisine to local seafood specialties, which can satisfy your taste buds after a busy trip. In addition, the hotel also provides a well-equipped gym so guests can stay active during their travels.
In terms of service, the hotel's staff are very professional and friendly. From check-in to solving daily needs, they all left a good impression. The lobby area is also very spacious and has a seating area where people can relax for a while.
Overall, the San Francisco Marriott Fisherman's Wharf is an ideal accommodation choice, providing a high-quality accommodation experience whether you are traveling for sightseeing or business. Its great location and attentive service make it an ideal base from which to explore San Francisco.

LLIHONGThe hotel should be newly installed but the room has no smell. The room looks clean and tidy. It has its own parking lot. It does not touch the Chinese people. There are many Americans living in the hotel. The hotel is safe. The subway station is also close. Walk to Union Square for about 1.5km. , location can be. No early, there is Chinese food downstairs, there is a match on the opposite side, the attitude at the front desk is acceptable. Homeless outside the hotel is a little scary, try to travel as little as possible at night, it is quite difficult to avoid it completely at SanFrancisco, and there seems to be less near the Fisherman's Wharf. . . There seems to be three taxes in this hotel. . .

SSHUMEIHotel location is very good, in Union Square, walking to the Lombard Street, Fisherman's Wharf, but the city of San Francisco is a lot of tramps, marijuana taste is really disgusting. Hotel health is OK, although the price is not low but can not be measured by domestic price standards, the old elevator is also a bit special.
