The location is very convenient as it’s a walking distance to many great popular tourist spots. Staff is very helpful and informative on local commute and transportation to the airport in the very early morning.

The room was generally good, clean and tidy, the service staff communicated smoothly, but the Americans were a bit rigid, maybe the staff had no authority. Local calls were free. The wifi didn't work.

There is an elevator so you don’t have to hold your luggage all the time. You need to pay for the parking lot. The service attitude needs to be improved.

The location was very good and the room very spacious, but everything else varies from bad to terrible, noisy rooms, not very clean, there is no room cleaning service, parking was not included in the booking even though it was specified that it was! It is also frequented mainly by drunk people and those who use *****. So it wasn't a good stay.

well the gentlemen running the office were very helpful. the a**osphere around that building is sf homeless. i was very impressed with the hot water pressure. but well i dont know how they would rectify the situation, the room itself was a little beat up. and the fact that there were people knocking on the door all night did not make it any more relaxing.

The room had a wall light that couldn’t be turned off, and there were insects that need to be exterminated.
