Pros: One of the only hotels in this part of town. Which has lots of great things in walking distance.
Comfortable mattress.
The room I stayed in had no street noise.
Cons: Very tiny room.
Cheap and uncomfortable chairs.
A strangely small single trashcan.
No mini-fridge.
No microwave.
Sink is not in the bathroom.
Bathroom has one of those creepy sliding doors that lets people peek in on your when closed.
This is supposed to be an arty hotel, but all the art is boring generic corporate art, should be on the wall of a bank.
And BIGGEST con, is that the heater for the room is super cheap and barely functional. You could buy a high end space heater for half the cost of one night in that place, but instead they have a clunky loud clicking used one from mom's garage.
