Had an issue with payment and receptionist was so unhelpful on the Sunday trying to double charge us for one night. Communication was terrible and she never explained that she was charging us for the room. The next day the receptionist changed and she was much more helpful and finally we received a refund. Overall okay stay just first day left a bad impression

The hotel itself is lovely, the staff were so friendly and the room huge and clean. The only downside we had was the amount of homeless and drug users in the road outside the hotel who were sometimes loud, we were advised to not walk the road at night and to never walk alone. The hotel was lovely though so if you can look past the people outside it’s worth it.

The location at the south gate of the park is great, the house is clean and tidy, and the town facilities are also complete.

The location is very convenient for tourism. Jiuquhua Street and Fisherman's Wharf are about half an hour's walk away, which is very good for walking. The temperature and weather here are very suitable.
The hotel is very clean and spacious. The bed is also comfortable.
The only regret is that there are locomotives and modified cars buzzing on the road next to it very late at night. People who sleep light should not choose it.
There are plenty of parking spaces and free parking. Breakfast is included (I overslept and didn't eat it). Anyway, the price-performance ratio is good. Very good 👍
