The staff were extremely friendly and tried to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The location is great and very convenient to explore downtown SFO if you are ready to walk 20 mins to explore attractions like Ghirardelli Square, Pier 39, and many other attractions.
Their breakfast was good. There is parking in the hotel, but it is subject to availability. Also, there is no elevator so please be mindful if you have aged travelers who cannot use the stairs.

The hotel location is great. The room appliances look modern, the bathroom could be better. Breakfast is good enough for a couple of days.

The air conditioner was very noisy. The room type I booked was sold out, so I was assigned to another room with average sound insulation.

Pretty loud area, but we didn't care as we were jet lagged anyway.
The room is good for the price. There could have been a bit more choice at breakfast.
And someone broke my rental car in the garage. Let's see if anyone will pay me for this.
