Had to ask the reception to change the bed sheets twice as there were brown stains on the sheets. Besides that the location and views are really nice. The hotel is really nice and has nice layout. Safe area. I didn’t try the restaurant but it looked small.

Conveniently located next to the BART station, so very easy to take public transportation to and from the airport.
There is a public parking very close that costs 37USD for 24 hours during the weekend.
There is no drinking water provided in the rooms, so think of buying some bottled water beforehand.
There is a Starbucks located just across the street which is closed on Sundays.

The twin room is very suitable for a family with two children. The 1.5 twin beds are not crowded for one large and one small to sleep. Andy, the front desk staff of the hotel, was very considerate to help us upgrade the breakfast service. It was very delicious. It's my first time staying in this hotel. I'm on the 14th floor. The room is spacious and facing the Bay Clock Tower and Pier 1. It's a super large food court. I queued up to enjoy the most delicious fresh oysters. Downstairs is the starting point of the tram. There is a subway station nearby, and the transportation is convenient.
