This hotel is the only hotel on the wharf with free parking with your stay! The hotel staff is so friendly too. If you travel with kids this a great location and walking distance from the Fisherman’s Wharf on the Embarcadero!

I booked a suite to stay with my parents and the room is so spacious that staying 3 people with at least 9 luggages still feeling very comfortable. The room can be sectioned into 2 bedrooms so that was very nice and create more privacy. Plus, the parking is free for the guess with close gate, it was very safe to stay. I compared the price and space around the close by hotels and this is the winner. Totally recommended.

Great location, and the people were really friendly and welcoming. Great secure parking and I felt safe leaving the car there. Only downside is the aircon in the room. There is a fan and a cooler - but it doesn’t really cool the room. Other than that, I can’t complain about anything. I would definitely be back.

We were very happy with our stay! The staff was very helpful an accommodating. The property is old but you can tell alot of time effort and love has been taken to try to make it as modern as possible without a complete remodle. We felt very safe with all the security precautions and will definitely be staying again.

The hotel needs some updates and maintenance. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The walls are very thin and it is noisy if your neighbors are not respectable or have children. The homeless wandering the streets and night yelling is very disrupting. No room cleaning service unless you are staying more than 3 nights, although you can go to the desk and ask for more towels, coffee, etc and they provide it no problem.

The hotel and staff itself was great. However bei g next to the pier there was some noise traffic that carried through the halls. Not the hotels fault. Safe parking, clean rooms. Super close to pier 39.

Stayed with my daughter for a weekend full of touristy fun. Alcatraz, wax museum, Ripleys Believe it or not and Ghiradelli Square were all within walking distance. Even though though they offer free parking, we didn't need the car at all. It's not the quietest but that's expected so close to the piers and shops but it was clean, cute, and we felt safe enough. We would stay again!
