The hotel is very luxurious. The breakfast space is especially beautiful. The rooms are also clean. The staff are also friendly. The hotel also has a convenient Ghirardelli store and a bar. The swimming pool was small but convenient to use. I think I will use this place again next time :)

The location is very good. BART and the bus station are just outside the door. The dome restaurant is very beautiful and suitable for taking pictures. The sanitation is good, but the wifi is charged (the only bad thing about the sanitation)

A hotel with a long history, the public area perfectly preserves the grandeur of the past, but the rooms... are more like the bedrooms of palace servants? The room was clean and tidy, but not "palace".

The location is great, near Union Square, and all the staff are nice and friendly. The room is clean and reasonably spacious. I don't speak English, but there was no major problem with language communication. I gave a tip of $10 each to the person who moved my luggage and the cleaning teacher. By the way, the person who moved my luggage willingly took a picture of me, who was alone, so I liked it even more! The streets outside here aren't bad, but villains roam around often, so be careful. For reference, since San Francisco 9.4 was an American holiday, there were not many people and it was very dangerous for an Asian woman to walk alone, especially at night!
