The hotel does not provide complimentary water in the room, so you will need to ask for it at the reception if you wish to receive it in the room. You can later refill the water at any water machine located in the hotel.

Located next to Powell street cable station, perfect if you want to go explore San Francisco. The hotel is also on the edge of tenderloin district. As long as you don’t want to that district on your own at night, it’s perfectly fine. Would live here again if the price was right.
You get 18 usd credit if you are gold member, but I booked through the trip.come website, so i didn’t get the credit. But the credit won’t get you far because of the inflated price in the restaurant.

A buddy and I were in San Francisco for a 3-day festival concert. We spent 4 nights at the hotel. Beds were comfortable, coffee maker in the room with coffee supplied daily. Fresh towels daily. Convenient location. Housekeepers were attentive. Very positive experience. Recommend.

The staff were polite and helpful, and the employees at the entrance made every effort to hail taxis for us or direct us to the tram ticket station. The breakfast offered a reasonable variety and quantity of food, with the omelette being the most popular choice. The hotel’s location is convenient, making it easy to access both the subway and the popular tram lines.
Although the room was spacious and generally clean, the bed sheets and pillows had a strong odor of sweat, which was extremely unpleasant. Also, don’t forget to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.
