Quiet Garden Apt., geographic center of The City

The place was perfect for a home base during Outside Lands. There was plenty of street parking in addition to being able to park in the garage. Place was clean and bed was very comfortable. This is a basement apartment below other living quarters and we were pleased with the insulation/minimal noise from above. Communication with host leading up to and during stay was great. We would stay here again if/when we are visiting SF. Howard was very welcoming and gave great recommendations of places within walking distance.

Great location, comfy accomodations and our host was superb -giving us guides to local food and sights that were absolutely perfect. Highly recommend! Having a garage parking spot was a super bonus.

Solid Place in a Very Convenient Location Had a great stay at Howard’s property. It is the lower level of a house, very nice having a garage if renting a vehicle. Very safe area and close access to Golden Gate Park and Muni buses. Howard was accommodating and met upon arrival. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. If looking for a place to stay in the Richmond district or near Golden Gate Park, this is a great option!

Perfect Clean and comfortable. Quiet and secure neighborhood. Having a garage to park my rental car was a bonus!

Cozy apartment on a quiet cul-de-sac Great neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants, grocery and Golden Gate Park. A nice quiet retreat at the end of our day. We had a garage for our car. Everything felt safe and secure. Howard was very helpful with suggestions for where to eat and what to do.

Rest in the Heart of San Francisco We had a wonderful time staying in the quiet garden apartment. Everything was perfect. Howard was amazing. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you to Howard for having us and to the city of San Francisco for giving us a break from the craziness of the world.
