The staff at The Jay were incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. I have high standards when it comes to cleanliness and bed comfort, and both exceeded my expectations. Getting around was simple, whether on foot or using Waymo. The view from my room was stunning, and overall, I had a fantastic stay.

I was extremely disappointed with both the service and the cleanliness of the hotel. For the price I paid, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations, and I definitely didn’t get what I paid for.

萬豪的設計師系列，看中套房的大梳化床以及離碼頭近。有露天陽台，白天晚上景色都可以，還能看到鐵索橋，機場30分鐘到。餐廳在三層，早餐也要點餐，時間有點長。還有個簡易coffee bar，可以應急. 奇怪的地方：掛了休息牌子上午仍打電話問要不要收拾房間，一般五星酒店都不會着急打電話，尤其考慮可能是在倒時差。客房送餐衹到10點。晚到酒店沒吃的，晚上SF治安也不好，衹能點外賣。外賣吃完放門口，垃圾袋24h都沒有人收拾。酒店有自己的制度可以，但是有些安排確實缺乏温度。

The staff was super accommodating and friendly and made every effort to make the stay as enjoyable as possible.
The property is clean and new and nicely decorated. Lots of nice sitting area options and the hotel restaurant breakfast was really good.
