Motel 6 San Francisco, CA – Fisherman’s Wharf

Not good at all, the room was filthy. Broken blinds, dirty bed sheets and towels. The shower wasn’t clean maybe wiped down. They could not offer more towels because they were having a short on towels.

The first room they gave me had poop in the toilet and the bed had no sheets, after that I was given a room with an updated shower but the sink light would not stay on. The comforter had hair on it from another person. Pretty safe area to stay tho.

The first room we had was 222 we found a bug on the top blanket on the bed so we looked further and found another bug in the mattress. I went and told the guy I either want a new room or my money back. He took we to see the other room available and let me check the beds before I got the room which was nice. Had I looked further I would have notice blood or salsa or pizza sauce on the sheets on the bed so we didn’t sleep in the blankets. There was no one at the locked door this morning to give the key back to when we left we rang the doorbell multiple times and no one showed up.

The lacked working tv. Poor cleaning. Management inhospitable, no heat in seconds room,

I am homeless and booked a room via the Expiadia app specifically because there was NO deposit listed (I didn’t have it), and when I arrived the hotel wouldn’t let me stay without it (not every hotel has one). ******* would NOT refund my money even though the front desk person said they would! Because of that I had to stay outside in the cold with my Service Animal (yes, I’m disabled). I WILL NEVER STAY WITH MOTEL 6 OR ISE ******* AGAIN…..THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE HOMELESS, POOR AND THE DISABLED!!!!!

I would like to say that they charge $10 for parking. There is a lot of weird activities going on and it’s very loud and noisy since I got in the room I’ve gotten itchy and I hope it’s not bedbugs. The customer service is a one out of 10. Also, there is no microwave or boiling water or a fridge so keep that in mind. I find it really weird that they sell noodles downstairs when there’s nowhere to boil water or reheat them.

When I first walked in the room first thing I saw was the nice big bed and the room smelled really clean that was a huge plus ,only down side or microwave or fridge
