Online check in needed and you will get how to check in by sms or email. Staff is very nice. Location is walkable to bus stop and Wholefood supermarket. I recommed to buy MUNI day pass. It's worth it.

Good for a night or two. Social hostel but you can also still have some privacy. Close to public transport and some attractions are close by. In a safe quiet area.

5th or 6th time I’ve stayed here and I’ve never had any issue until last night when our room was suddenly filled with intense heat. It had to have been at least 85 degrees in our room and I was unable to sleep from 2-4 AM, causing a lackluster day at the office later that day. When I reached out to staff for assistance they suggested I “hydrate” to solve the issue lol, what!?! Unfortunately, this will be my final stay here as a result.
