The house is relatively large, but it has always had a taste, the noise on the street is very loud, and the sound of the air conditioner in the house is very loud. The boss is like a Jew or an Indian, and there are many things. Every time you stop, you have to follow his thoughts. His parking is free, but it is available on a first come, first served basis. It’s cheaper, there are not many places to park in the city for free, and his home is full of houses these days.

The hotel is just 100 meters from the 16th Mission Street exit. The owner is a Panamanian (Indian) and the service is very warm. The size of the house is small, except for the public shower and toilet, the rest are private. There are many black people downstairs, but they are safer than you think. Single girls are not recommended to travel alone at night.

We really enjoyed this lovely hotel. The rooms were bright and super clean. We loved the Japanese-inspired bathrobes and the comfy window seat with nice city views. We really liked the decor in the rooms and lobby. There was plenty of storage, and a refrigerator to keep leftovers. The only downside is the fitness room, which is very basic. We enjoyed the location with close access to many shops and restaurants.

The location of the hotel did not say that it is convenient to go anywhere, and there are many places to eat, and there are restaurants in all tastes. After all, it is an old hotel for many years. The decoration and facilities are a bit old. There is no coffee, tea or boiling water in the room. Although it is provided free of charge in the lounge area on the first floor, it is only available for a certain period of time. It was never used once during the stay anyway.

When we reached hotel, we were informed to pay destination fee of USD25 (excl tax) per day, you may use it to make purchases in hotel. Need to request for kettle n bedroom slippers n etc. The shower tap was so confusing to use. The toiletries was not check n refill (eg: no conditioner at day 3). There is only 1 toilet roll, no spare one. The phone can only use with speaker, cannot use receiver cos there is no cord. The service is below expectation for a reputable hotel like Westin n destination fees is really a surprised.

I totally enjoyed my stay during a 4-days at this place. The location is super convenient, take 101/130/150 to go to Union square, walk a little bit and take 19 to go to Beach Road. If you are adventurous, you can actually walk to the Downtown. I had to check in early as my flight landed a bit advance. They allowed me to early check in at a nominal fee which is totally acceptable. Also the cityscape view from hotel is amazing! I felt the place is safer, all amenities provided (ironing bed, hangers, refrigerator, iron box, coffee and tea bags… so on). I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend checking this out. Although it is not in Union Square, which everyone chooses, I personally think it is better here. First, the price is cheaper than United, and the second is the convenient transportation. There are many buses at the door. It is convenient to go anywhere. The bus costs $3 per person, and it’s free within two hours. By the way, the room is very new, smart toilet, I booked the cheapest room, so the space is quite small, the two suitcases are spread out, not easy to put, but the room design is reasonable, I like it. There is no breakfast. After paying the full amount for the room, I paid another 200 USD deposit, which has not been refunded.

It took a long time to do it; I ordered a suite with a kitchen, all kinds of pots and utensils are complete, although the facilities are old, but it does not affect the use. There are many supermarkets around, life is convenient, and the hotel also has breakfast. The hotel is very quiet, but there are police cars or motorcycles whizzing by on the street every night, which has a slight impact on the quality of sleep. The overall feeling is more comfortable, and I will consider staying next time.
