Overall, I'd give this hotel 3/5 stars. While it has some great qualities, it's not without its flaws. Still, the food alone makes it worth a stay.

The resort is really nice and my family had a great time.

Good location near the Santiago Beach. Two swimming pools are available for kids.

All liked it. We rented a bungalow for 4 nights. 2 adults + child 7 years old. Comfortable, enough space. The bungalow is a separate duplex with 2 rooms, with its own small terrace with a table and 2 chairs. Neighbors across the wall. Audibility is average, depends on what kind of neighbors you come across))) Everything is clean, they cleaned it every day. The TV is new, there is a kettle, the air conditioner is only the cheapest, it makes a lot of noise. Water, coffee and all supplies are brought every day. There is no tea. The bungalow is a little further from the beach, where the music is loud in the evenings. Other rooms are in buildings, they are closer to the beach. But it is noisier there in the evening. The area is great. The views of the bay are stunning. 2 Infinity pools. Descent to the beach from the territory. The bay is shallow, without hedgehogs and fish. Only starfish. The tides are very noticeable. There is a good cafe in the hotel, a little more expensive. And right next to the beach there is a good cafe called Pito’s, tasty and better prices. Overall these islands are price/quality.

Yes, when I typed in, the pillows are fluffiest. Very nice room, very comfortable and clean, and wow hot shower the best. Oceanview the best. I really love to be back again and stay in their hotel. How I wish I could in that place. Thank you for accommodating us!

The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Asked to change rooms even after using the previous one and they were so considerate. Also asked for other favors and they were so responsive. Overall a pleasant stay :) Will definitely come back.

Beautiful resort and the view is spectacular! Took a lot of photos but it didn't do justice on how beautiful the place is. The only thing I regretted was I wish we stayed there even for a night to really experience the beauty of the place. This will be in my bucket list for the next vacation.

recently stayed at Santiago Bay Garden and Resort and was impressed with the beautiful surroundings and well-maintained facilities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The beach was clean, and the water was clear, making it perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The only reason I didn't give it a 5-star rating is because I encountered some minor maintenance issues in my room. Overall, I would recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in a stunning location.

I really enjoyed my 4 night stay at this lovely resort. The view is amazing all around here. The staff were all nice. The 2 pools were good although one is only open Friday til Sunday. This is the best location to stay in Camotes as you have good cheap seafood restaurants on the beach nearby to eat at. The only issue would be wifi is very weak in room. I think it should be good all over this resort to make it perfect.

Very accommodating staff. Very clean and peaceful. During weekdays and it feels like it's exclusively for us. Not crowded and the scenery is very astounding. They offered free side trip and free use of amenities at their sister resort Mangodlong Rock Resort. I am not sure if guests from Mangodlong Rock Resort are free to visit and use the amenities of Santiago Bay Resort. The beach is very wide and you can walk further and still in the shallow part of the sea. I wanna go back there again and would definitely recommend this to anybody else trying to look for a stay in Camotes.

I was VERY disappointed because we arrived before 2pm and we were accommodated for check in at 3pm when we arrived at the room it was not yet cleaned. We were offer a 10% discount but it was too late! I already full paid the room upon booking and we were about to check out when they offered it. We could have used it on the restaurant. Will never go back again. I would recommend other hotels but not this hotel. Not so accommodating
