My family booked two rooms here for the night before our flight. My brother was in a ski accident the day before we were supposed to leave and had emergency surgery. I informed the property and asked if they could do anything to help. An they flat out rejected with no reasoning and charged me anyway.

Let's start with the positive, the hotel serves it's purpose being close to the airport, ample parking outside and large rooms. Until check-in, everything seemed fine, however once we got to the room we were surprised with the room feeling extremely hot. Efforts to switch on the a/c proved futile, which is when we decided to call reception, only to be told that due to very big expenses in energy bills in the past months the a/c had to be kept switched off. Now I understand prices are rising globally, both for service providers and for common mortal users like myself. However for a hotel to actually admit they are keeping the a/c off due to utility expenses is certainly one step short of crazy. At night the room was unbearable with multiple guests opening their terrace door, only to let fresh air come in mingled with the smell of manure from a nearby farm! I believe at the very least we should have been notified of this a/c problem upon checkin, possibly even before checkin to ensure we could seek a better option, but alas we might have been asking for too much!

As a guest in a hotel, you expect your room to offer outstanding comfort. Effective climate control is thus a key element in delivering a comfortable atmosphere and ensuring that your hotel experience is pleasant. Although prior to booking this hotel, it was clearly stated that the room is equipped with a functioning air condition system, it was only after we checked and complained with the receptionist that we discovered about their decision to make the AC unavailable to all guests as from 15th September 2022. The least they could have done was to communicate this decision earlier.

Modern hotel about 12min drive from Turin Airport (€20 Taxi each way). Situated in a retail park - above a supermarket and next to Garden Centre. Really nice big clean rooms - with fridge / hob / sink - although we were only there for the evening. Good quality modern fittings and furniture. The nice bloke at reception booked a resteraunt next door for us (S'Incontru). Great food. The hotel appears to do only breakfast - although we had a coffee and croissant in the cafe opposite instead. Not much to do in the area - I went for a walk, but didn't find much in nearby villages. A church or two. Would definately stay again as it was good value for the family room, although a bit further from the airport than I was led to believe.

Having chosen to depart from Turin airport, we chose this hotel a stone's throw from the airport for a very attractive price! Very spacious room, very good bedding, very friendly welcome, possibility of leaving your vehicle, airport shuttle at a reasonable price …

Hotel located in a kind of mini shopping center (reminiscent of the shopping areas of some American towns) was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are very large and modernly furnished, everything works and in excellent condition. Nice staff at reception and the girl at the breakfast bar is truly a treasure. The area, close to the airport and not very touristy, is naturally not quiet during the day and without a car it is a problem to reach it, but on the other hand you must have a reason to sleep here. At breakfast, the buffet is tailored to the hotel but there is everything you need for a sweet or savory breakfast. Tip, I would put a toaster, the only thing I missed, however if you want toasted bread or toast you can ask the girl and she will bring it to your table, as well as bar drinks (coffee cappuccinos etc.). In an Italian hotel, using self-service machines is sad, much better is a cappuccino or coffee from the bar, with an adequate machine.

Spacious, comfortable and quiet room (despite the proximity to the airport). There is a large balcony even if the view is inside the building overlooking the heating/cooling systems. Large, clean bathroom, with bathtub and built-in shower. Small flaw: access to the shower was a little difficult due to its height. Breakfast not exciting, within range. Great courtesy of the staff. Another note. If pets are not allowed in the breakfast area, this must be indicated at the time of booking.
