We came to stay at this hotel after a terrible experience at another 4* hotel in town and it was night and day in terms of customer service, room and amenities age. It’s right across the street from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants in town. We enjoyed the kids club play room as well, the rooftop pool with great views, the on site restaurant for lunch and daily breakfast. WiFi was good throughout and it also had parking available. Overall great value as well with the family suite as well.

The hotel had the worst customer service. I would stand at the front desk waiting to check out, rang the bell and no one would even say a word to me. It was bizarre. We called the night before to get some ice, no one answered the phone at 10:30 pm for 20 minutes so my husband went down to the front desk and waited for 10 minutes and no one ever came. He asked the bar for ice then, and they told him to ask the front desk where no one was to be found. I have never experienced such poor guest service.

Don't let the comparatively low fares lure you in, this is not a 4-Star Superior hotel. The Spa is tiny and the sauna did not work. Moreover, Spa access is once per reservation, not per day. Breakfast is good but not overwhelming. Rooms are okay but small. Generally speaking, the level of service and attention is not worthy of a four star hotel. In case of problems during the stay, the Russian owners are not reachable.

Great location. Nice clean room with comfortable bed. Stayed October 23 for two nights. Breakfast was included and was very good. My only criticism is you only get one hour free use of the spa facilities, after that it is 10 euros per person, per hour, which is expensive. This was disappointing when we chose a spa hotel because it was out of season. I would recommend the hotel though and would stay there again.

We ate in the Metronom Gastrobar and the meal was excellent. It was interesting, satisfying and displayed the skills and creativity of the chefs. The service was efficient and friendly. We ate inside in the very pleasant and exceptionally well furnished bar. The value for money was outstanding - very important in these inflationary times. Cava, wine, bread, water three great courses for just 22 Euros!! Volveré otra más …

This was our third stay at the Elke Hotel and I don't usually write reviews as I stay at many hotels but this hotel is a jewel. A very good example of a four star hotel that deserves five stars. It has the right balance between privacy and amicable and honest service. Eugenia in particular has been wonderful every time we come. She is pleasant, helpful and good at her job. Also a big shout out for the rest of the reception team and the breakfast manageress - who remembered what we liked and made sure we had perfectly cooked fresh fried eggs every morning. The place and room are spotless and clean, welcoming and nice and new yet warm. the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Even though we had to change hotels for the last night of our stay in San Feliu as the were closing down for a few days after Christmas so the staff could spend time with their families for the holidays, we respect that as it shows management appreciates its staff . Thank you again for a wonderful stay. Oh and the Spa is fantastic - new and very clean and welcoming.

Estancia desafortunada. No se pudo utilizar la reserva de SPA por motivos de salud. El hotel se negó a la devolución del importe pagado, dándonos un vale para su utilización si volvieramos en un futuro. Un hotel de esta categoría debería ser más flexible con la clientela.

Hotel con muy buenas instalaciones y ubicación. La comida deja mucho que desear para un Hotel de esta categoría. El pasado 12 de octubre reservamos noche+espectáculo de tango y flamenco para una celebración especial. La experiencia y la celebración resultó una gran decepción. La comida fue de muy mala calidad no estaba a la altura del la categoría del hotel ni del precio que pagamos (45€ por persona sin bebida), no cenamos prácticamente nada. Al igual que otros muchos comensales, devolvimos los platos enteros. En cuanto al espectáculo, no estuvo mal, pero destacar que justamente uno de los atractivos del tango y el flamenco es poder ver todo los movimientos de los bailarines (sólo los pudieron ver los que cenaron en la primera fila) nosotros no tuvimos esa suerte y sólo los veíamos de cintura para arriba ya que no había montado un escenario con la altura necesaria para que los pudiéramos ver todos lo comensales.
