An old historical house in the small village heart. Well preserved and maintained, like a small museum. Paolo & Valeria were the best hosts with a house tour and recommendation what and how to visit in the area. Great Italian breakfast! The closest winery is famous, but hard to book last minute. Their dinner was amazing and reasonable at 60. The taverna across the street was a great family run option, as well.

What a beautiful place. Our rooms were amazing, huge comfortable bed and there is a stunning lounge where you can relax with a glass of wine.There are lots of interesting artefacts that have been collected over the years everywhere. Breakfast was fabulous, lots of fresh fruit, homemade yogurt, meats cheeses and a homemade cake every day thanks to Valeria. Stunning terrace to enjoy the views. Great base for exploring Tuscany. There are a few lovely restaurants and cafes close by. Thanks to Paolo and Valeria for a great stay. Thoroughly recommend.

Au cœur d’un village pittoresque, Paolo et Valeria proposent un lieu magique où chaque recoin est pensé avec attention et raffinement. Terrasse fleurie pour le petit déjeuner fait maison, avec une vue incroyable. Un lieu idéal pour rayonner dans la région avec les conseils précieux de Paolo et Valeria, qui sont des hôtes parfaits : dégustation de chianti, visite de Sienne (notre coup de cœur), de Florence et San Giminiano… nous recommandons chaleureusement Le Terrazze del Chianti ! Una location di altri tempi. I padroni di casa squisiti. Colazione super con dolci fatti da loro. Vista superlativa e una terrazza top. Gli arredi studiati nei particolari, riproponendo il passato, rivivendo un tempo che non c’è più. Bravi

Terrazze del chianti :ospitalità e cultura Sono stato con un gruppo di amici alle terrazze del chianti un b&b accogliente e interessante da sottolineare il profilo storico: infatti il palazzetto situato al centro del paesino poggio San donato e di interesse storico essendo un edificio del 1200 ed I proprietari ne stanno curando in tutti i dettagli la loro efficienza.io ho dormito nella stanza pretoria molto bella con un gran letto a baldacchino con mobili d epoca la stanza affaccia di fronte ad un museo .da sottolineare i prodotti beauty con dei profumi bellissimi e tutti naturali . Per non parlare della colazione preparata da Valeria con delle torte veramente buone ... mentre paolo la sera appena arrivati ci deliziò con una brace di ottima carne accompagnata da un buon chianti .....insomma che dire ...tra ospitalità, tradizione ,Toscana, e cultura ci siamo immersi in una splendida realtà

Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni eccezionali in questo accogliente b&b situato in un palazzo storico. Location molto pulita, ottima colazione arricchita dalle torte fatte in casa dai simpaticissimi proprietari. Una meravigliosa terrazza che si affaccia sulle colline Toscane situata all'interno di un borgo che riporta la mente indietro nel tempo. Un ringraziamento particolare al proprietario Paolo, e sua moglie, che dopo averci accolto amichevolmente ci ha deliziato con racconti e storie sulla nascita del Borgo di San Donato in Poggio e della centenaria battaglia tra Firenze e Siena. Punto forte la posizione strategica della struttura situato a pochi chilometri dalla città di Firenze....e nel cuore del Chianti. Sicuramente torneremo in questa struttura....Consigliatissimo... Un retour dans le passé avec tout le confort moderne. Cette ancienne maison de caractère est étonnante et l' on sent tout l'amour que Valéria et Paolo ont mis à la décorer au fil des années. Le site grandiose, la terrasse garnie de plantes grasses où est servi un verre de bienvenue avec charcuterie et fromage. les chambres chaleureuses, le petit-déjeuner varié et fait maison, et surtout l'extrême gentillesse des propriétaires qui, cerise sur le gâteau parlent français, je ne peux que vous conseiller cette adresse incontournable pour un séjour dans le Chianti ou simplement une halte entre Sienne et Florence.
