We planned to go acoording our confirmed stay for months in advance until the reservation was cancelled by the accomodation few weeks before arrival. Very poor communication, even poorer planning. Forced to look for other options just weeks before planned summer holiday.

Rooms are very nice, but simple for its price, we went to see to do our wedding here but we didn’t get a great experience and arrogant service by the director Roberto Tozzi. We got a non-cleaned room, but immediately got a new one. These things can happen. The restaurant and its staff is great! Someone broke in into our car and our glasses and earplugs were stolen. The box of gloves was open. When we went to the reception we got the answer this isn’t possible and we probably left the car open somewhere else. They didn’t even afford us help so we were quite shocked by the reaction of the Director. The next morning we didn’t even get a look or a “how are you”. We checked out and won’t turn back. They tell you there is security and camera’s at the parking but this is not. I strongly doubt we were the only ones robbed and the first case in 20 years. This is not a safe place. While checking in the staff told us not to leave precious goods in the room? I wouldn’t give this agriturismo a 4 stars Very sad about this experience

It is a beautiful location, and the space is charming. Wifi did not work in our rooms. My daughter had no AC in her room and was very hot. There is nowhere in the shower to put the things you need to use. The bed was not comfortable. The worst thing was a staff member at the breakfast room who was monitoring what people were eating. I took a croissant for my daughter who was taking our luggage to the bus, and she told me I could not. When I tried to explain what I was doing, she called me a liar and said she had seen me eat 5 already. I had not eaten any. I had only had a cup of coffee. This indignity is not the kind of thing one should endure at a hotel on holiday.

Beautiful views everywhere you looked. Good breakfast but you do pay for it. Restaurant on site but limited menu. We kept waiting to get pizza but not at lunch. We went one night and they decided to pizza due to tour group. We went into a small town and ate pizza with the locals. Good wine which is their wine and food was from local farms. Dry peaceful but you must have a car to stay here. Very Italian roads to get anywhere like Florence, Pisa, and Tuscany Drive through 3 towns.

I have to advise you to avoid this place, I'm afraid. It is incredibly, incredibly beautiful and in fact our wedding itself was amazing, but after everyone left, they stole money from almost all of guests using the credit card information each guest left. They took amounts between 40e and 120e indiscriminately and after all the guests had checked out and tried to validate these with the guests by saying that the couple (us) did not pay for the food so they had to charge our guests. We of course paid for all costs precisely in the way that was agreed (with plenty of written proof), then at the end of the wedding they tried to overcharge us by over 3,400e. When we declined to pay this, they then stole it from each of our guests within minutes. Shameful and illegal, of course. We are currently in the process of a lawsuit, which one really shouldn't have to do after one's wedding. Sad.

Absolutely loved my stayed. We have been greated by friendly staff members all weekend no question is too big or small. The views are amazing, and it's peaceful. There's a little place to go For breakfast and lunch, and then you can book to go in restaurant, the food was delicious, and good selection to Choose from. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the train station which is 15 minutes away, if you want to go into Florence. It's €20 each way but its worth it if you don't like driving on the little roads, A special shout out to the gentleman who took us. He was brilliant!!! The room We stayed in was beautiful. Yes it was a little dated but we wanted the authentic experience and it lived up to our expectations. There is two pools which you can use. One of the pools was opposite our room and we made use of it..we walked into town which took about 5 minutes and had a few drinks which was very reasonably priced and we were greated by very lovely friendly locals. If it is a quiet retreat your looking for then I definitely recommend, it's been perfect for me and my husband, for our anniversary, thank you for a wonderful stay

I can write pages but I will keep it short; Rooms: gotta be lucky (we were). Some have a roof over the terrace and some not. Its quite warm so a roof is no luxury. Staff; reception; nice. Restaurant; not nice. Food: pizzas are excellent all the other stuff we tried; small and expensive. Nothing too special. Breakfast is fine for us, but don’t expect too much. Location: isolated but beautiful. Takes some time to get anywhere. Roads are something to get used to but better use the ‘SP’ roads. Tips; Get to centre of the town (San Donato d. F.) and meet up with some local bars. Its MUCH better service and price. Be prepared for musquitos and flies. They are represented. Take the train to Florence. Saves alot of time and stress. Its a 15 min drive to the local station that brings you direct to downtown Florence. Bring groceries. Especially beer and wine. Enjoy

We arrived 22/7-2023, (yes we are still here). A two bedroom apartment. Let’s take the obvious, cleaning was poorly done, bathroom with large black hairs in the corners and a kitchen where most plates where dirty, and not checked. A dryer hanger was asked for for 3 days. Very small, and extremely poor lit rooms. Light bulbs as in shelter some where. Half the electric outlets are not working. Pictures hung on the wall with 4 or 5 holes before deciding, okay let’s put it here. On their website it says: 3 swimming pools. There are 2! A skating ring where you can skate with roller skates. It doesn’t exsite! A barbecue area. The reception couldn’t tell where this area is, and due to drought fire was not allowed. The area doesn’t seem to exist. A table tennis “court” . There is no table tennis on site, and when asked, it was due to repair. Strange, since there no was no area dedicated to the table tennis tables. Reception on arrival kind, afterwards very “cold” and dismissive . All in all on day 3, some what disappointing after a 1.800 km drive! Views are good, and that’s about it. I am dreading 2 weeks here. For the price of app. 3.000 euros, this is a ripoff.
