If you don't mind the traffic, the location of the hotel is great, close to the center, bars, restaurants... We only spent the night, and the interior of the hotel is really 10/10, the kindness of the staff could be a little better, as could the breakfast itself. Given that the mini bar was only equipped with water, it is not their honor to charge for it, given that the price is not small. Communication via email was too slow.

The hotel receptionist exhibited discourteous behavior during both the check-in and check-out processes. Additionally, she was engaged in a contentious discussion with another couple of guests upon our departure, displaying rudeness towards them as well. It appeared that she might have been dealing with personal issues, which unfortunately impacted her professional conduct. The room was adequate, although it lacked a mosquito net on the window, resulting in several mosquitoes entering during the night and disrupting our sleep. It is recommended that the hotel either equip the rooms with mosquito nets or provide mosquito repellent. The breakfast provided was unsatisfactory, necessitating that we seek a second breakfast at one of the numerous nearby bars.

The place is amazing! Very close to the city center. Rooms are big and spacious, clean and stylish. The service is perfect. Also we were surprised of the breakfast. There were different dishes from eggs, meat and cheese, not only croissant as usually in Italia))

Very pleasant and comfort hotel. Servise is on top level. Rooms Are such a Fairy tale’s place. But the whole hotel has its special touch. We only eat breakfast and it was as we expected. It’s in the center of the place so you can walk around and see sights.

I stayed at the locanda for a week in December. It's a family run business and it shows. They put a lot of thought and care into everything. The room was lovely and super clean. Excellent breakfast too. They also have a restaurant which was absolutely amazing with seafood around the Veneto region. If I go back I will stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel on business. Well kept and clean rooms even if the ventilation is a bit noisy. Comfortable and cozy bed. Beautiful mural images. And if we talk about breakfast, the buffet is very varied. The only drawback: coffee and hot drinks only from an automatic machine but overall it is a good experience, especially if we think about the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff

Big, comfortable, quiet rooms. Beautiful restaurant, especially the terrace. Good food, diversified breakfast. Friendly staff. They solved very promptly all we requested. Easy acces by car to Venice and the airport.

I often stay in this hotel for work and I haven't had the chance to write a review yet. Here it is: fantastic in every way! clean, welcoming, private, modern rooms with all comforts and services. The restaurant is also excellent with great care in the dishes.

Stayed twice on different days. Modern and welcoming structure a stone's throw from the center of San Donà. Very clean environments, quiet rooms even if they overlook the street, helpful and very courteous staff. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide choice of both sweet and savory; for dinner there is the possibility of using the internal restaurant, which is also of a good standard. I would say that the three star rating is ungenerous, given the service and the quality of the environment.
