Very old hotel with dated rooms. The rooms are not good. I had to shift three times, and the front office staff handled the passport carelessly. Won't stay in this property again as I was not impressed with the room quality. Housekeeping is only available every three days—no staff to help to shift the luggage from room to room when I was moved. I booked a bay view room with a balcony, but they provided the first room, which has smelly rooms and no working aircon. Moved to another room without a bay view and, after a night, moved to another room on the eighth floor with a semi-bay view and balcony. Honestly was not impressed with the experience. No free water in the room. Wifi was not the fast.

Worth recommending! The hotel is also excellent in all aspects, the location is convenient, the room is new, the room is large, the staff is courteous, there is a good bar here, you can try it when you have time.

The room is medium in size and the location is perfect, just a short walk to the old town. As for food, the breakfast is not suitable for me, and there are no choices of restaurants nearby, but there are many choices in the old town. Remember to make reservations for popular restaurants, otherwise you will have to wait for at least 2 hours...

Not bad, the balcony view is very good~ The sink in the room was dripping, but the staff came to repair it, and the service attitude was good~ The breakfast in the hotel was also good, and the children were very happy~

The hotel is located opposite the convention and exhibition center. The old hotel is quite satisfactory. The room with breakfast is booked. After arriving at the store, the front desk said that there is no breakfast. I called Trip.com to solve it. I used a credit card to make a deposit for two rooms, left the store and retired one room, the other did not retreat, and asked Trip.com to contact, speechless

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the promenade and the old town. Comfortable bath and room. Good swimming pool. At the entrance they gave a voucher for kayaking or biking for an hour. Also vouchers for two bottles of water. The situation that happened to us, the room was with the smell of dampness, that it was impossible to breathe, after a complaint it was quickly changed to us.

The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the Midway aircraft carrier, which is very convenient. The hotel has bicycles for rent, but the rental point is not in the hotel. You can ask the front desk for the address. We rented ordinary bicycles for $39/day, and hotel guests for $26/day. It is also interesting to ride along the beach and see countless yachts.

Hotel location is excellent. Easy to get the attractions nearby. The room & bed are comfortable. I really enjoyed my stay.

Location, location, location! I thought that because l used a booking site that our room would be sub-par. I couldn't be further from the truth, it came with the stadium and bay view, sure wish a game was on! Checking in and out was seamless. They provided the fridge and microwave as complimentary! The valet parking workers were the friendliest!
