Inside the open concept family room has comfortable sofas, big-screen TV, natural gas FIREPLACE, contemporary decor, FOOSBALL, & AIR-HOCKEY. Generous windows provide natural light & create indoor/outdoor living. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas range, large fridge with ice-maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, food processor, kettle, dishes, glasses, silverware, both Keurig & standard coffee makers, dishwasher, high-chair, & basic spices. It will be stocked with garbage bags & 2 rolls of paper towels. There is laundry closet with a full sized WASHER & DRYER, iron and ironing board & vacuum. Adjacent to the kitchen is the large dining room. The kitchen & dining room open directly to the backyard, which has PING-PONG, natural gas BBQ, outdoor dining table (seats 8), a turf area with a toddler/young kids outdoor play-set/PLAYGROUND with a slide, a large umbrella, & two comfy seats for sitting in the shade. The 1st floor also features a bedroom suite with a queen bed & en-suite bathroom, with access to the front patio & HOT-TUB.Upstairs, a spacious primary bedroom suite has a king bed, seating to enjoy the view or read, a walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom, a sofa-bed (full size mattress), and a pack-and-play (portable crib). This bedroom has 2 balconies, giving you a 270-degree view of the bay, downtown lights, boats, SeaWorld, Point Loma & the natural surroundings. The upper floor has 3 additional bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has a desk overlooking the entryway & access to the upper front balcony with bay views. Another features its own private balcony with views of the backyard & La Jolla hills. Each of the 5 beautifully furnished bedrooms will have the linens & blankets for the bed, a dresser, & spacious closet. Each bathroom has a hair dryer, and will be stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper. 12 bath towels, and 12 beach towels are provided. The primary renter must be present during check-in & the duration of the stay.NO SUBLETTING:Renters may not sublet or transfer their reservation or allow anyone else to occupy the property without prior written approval. This cozy and charming beach pad is two blocks from Mission Bay and walking distance to several amazing dining options. Just a quick bike ride to both Sea World and the Pacific Ocean! It is more of a family community and the heart of the town is focused around the bay.
