I have been going to this hotel almost every year since 2017 with my family. Whenever I visit San Diego, the services were excellent and the rooms were clean, but recently the services have begun to weaken. The rooms has become dirty. The main reason that we always go to this hotel every time is that the rooms are spacious. Our last visit was tragic, we took a room with two beds and a sofa bed, but it turned out that the room was very dirty, when we received the room and entered, there was a strange and unpleasant smell in the room, so we cleaned the bathroom because it was dirty, so I sterilized it and we did not stay a long time in the room. And after about an hour in the room we left to vist friends and when we returned to the hotel the stench was still there and we wanted to know the cause of the smell. Once we opened the sofa bed in the room, the smell became worse to a point where it was unbearable, the smell came fromthe mattress and the smell was comparable to urine. I took a picture of the matress with the stain and immediately went downstairs to ask to change the mattress or to change the room, and keep in mind the time during all of this happening was around 2 am, but the employee who was present in the front desk didn't agree to change the mattress and she claimed that they do not have anyone to do that, Can you believe that a hotel of this size and capacity does not have staff just to change the mattress? She offered us an alternative room, but the problem with t
