Surprisingly good accommodation.. room was large with living area and all.. location was easy to find.. they have washing machine and dryer which is perfect.. make sure to include this place as mid point for your trip to wash clothes. Lol.. go full load.. Breakfast were included which was good. Will definitely recommend..

I have been going to this hotel almost every year since 2017 with my family. Whenever I visit San Diego, the services were excellent and the rooms were clean, but recently the services have begun to weaken. The rooms has become dirty. The main reason that we always go to this hotel every time is that the rooms are spacious. Our last visit was tragic, we took a room with two beds and a sofa bed, but it turned out that the room was very dirty, when we received the room and entered, there was a strange and unpleasant smell in the room, so we cleaned the bathroom because it was dirty, so I sterilized it and we did not stay a long time in the room. And after about an hour in the room we left to vist friends and when we returned to the hotel the stench was still there and we wanted to know the cause of the smell. Once we opened the sofa bed in the room, the smell became worse to a point where it was unbearable, the smell came fromthe mattress and the smell was comparable to urine. I took a picture of the matress with the stain and immediately went downstairs to ask to change the mattress or to change the room, and keep in mind the time during all of this happening was around 2 am, but the employee who was present in the front desk didn't agree to change the mattress and she claimed that they do not have anyone to do that, Can you believe that a hotel of this size and capacity does not have staff just to change the mattress? Thermostat didn't work correctly so HVAC didn't work correctly either; television in the bedroom didn't work upon arrival, I fixed it myself; three bottles of lotions soap in the shower, one bath gel and two conditioners--what, they ran out of shampoo?

This was a nice Hotel, but the thing that made it exceptional was the Breakfast. The staff that is over the kitchen were amazing. They were professional, friendly, and helpful. Not to mention they changed the menu everyday and cooked some great hot breakfast meals. ThankYou!

Front desk was not that supportive. No tea available at the coffee table. Gym is amazing. Breakfast is ok, wish they didn’t have so much disposables. Room was really spacious.

Great breakfast! Clean room very comfortable. Parking costs $24/night!!!! The narrowest parking spots I’ve ever encountered. Not super close to restaurants so you have to order delivery. Everything else great.
