clean rooms and good hotels

The location is convenient and safe, the facilities are new, the service is not bad, and the price/performance ratio is acceptable. However, they charged an extra resort tax, which is a bit strange and was not stated in advance.

Great for the price! Loved the service and room. Would have liked to go to the roof bar...closes too early (never made it on time after being out) and when we did go up during open hours they closed early. The outside surrounding area is a bit trashy...and I wish they had their own parking so we wouldn't have to worry about our time being up ever 9hrs. Overall we liked it and would stay again.

Excellent service from Natalie and Jadee at the front desk. Their attention and care throughout my week long trip. None of the restaurants have vegan items--thats the only downside. And the valet werent the friendliest but they were operated by a third party and not Hilton. I would definitely stay again.

Overall, it was a nice place inside. The issue was a large, brown stain on the side of the bedding that was very off-putting. Area around the hotel is in a bit of disarray, but that is slowly being worked on, it appears.

This property is located across the street from homeless camp area. Also the pool and jacuzzi were closed due to construction next door, which is not mentioned on the website. They have no parking other than valet which in additionally cost $60 a day. Very expensive and not worth the money. Especially if traveling from out of state like myself.

Everything fine with room, but less then impressed with Manager at front desk. Rude and treated "diamond members," with disrespect. Asked for 2 additional waters and he denied us. First time in my 30 plus years of being denied water. Very smug and rude. His name was Jordan. Sadly, we share the same name and he gives us a bad reputation.

Fantastic experience staying with you. The room was emaculately clean. The lobby and roof top bar were very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was a real treat! Your staff wouldn't have been more helpful and polite.

Above Ash located on their rooftop is a true hidden gem! Great views, great vibes & great drinks! I also really appreciated the personal touch from the front desk after checking in. It’s rare there days to get that level of old school hospitality. Because of that, I will definitely be staying here again!!!

Everything was wonderful. The location is perfect for both little Italy and the gaslamp district. Everything from the valet, the check-in desk, the waiters and The managers were all friendly and courteous. The food we ordered for breakfast was exceptional and they have a a variety that will suit those who eat on the healthier side as well. There’s enough places to get a late night snack, and even that late night drink if needed. Overall the hotel at everything I needed. I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will be going back as well.

Wonderful front desk who upgraded me when I found that no Junior Suites were available. Comfortable rooms. Two issues: weird noise all night long (sounded like someone pounding on glass at 20 min intervals) - to their credit, front desk sent up security so who knows what it was. Second thing: room service was served in takeout containers which create more garbage than was necessary. Other than that, my stay was super - loved the people, the lobby, the neighborhood, and the view.
