hairdryer didn’t work, was replaced with a new one shortly. Service is okay but the overall environment lacks a sense of safety.

Close to the highway, convenient to get around. But it's also kind of loud because of the traffic. The single-pane window won't be able to block the noise well.

The hotel is old and really need renovation. The air conditioner is rather noisy and I have to put my earbuds on when sleeping. Unluckily our two rooms only have a small window overhead in bathroom while other has a large windows the back. It made the room rather dark and the main switch for the light is out of order, we have to walk carefully across the bed to turn on the light which was placed between the two beds. The room condition was quite different from the pictures shown. The location is good and convenient but the cleanliness is far below standard. Somebody vomit in front of the parking lot gate that is the main entrance to our rooms’ building, it was not cleaned when 3 days was passed.
As a budget hotel, we won’t expect much but the maintenance of facilities and the cleanliness must be up to standard. Sure we won’t come again.

Basically it’s a motel. What you are paying is what you are getting. The room meets the basic needs, big enough and clean enough. If you arrive at the hotel later than 22:00, the lobby is closed, and the reception will meet you at a little side window. No breakfast.

I'm the kinda person that is huge on communication and fairness. I think her name is Brianna at the front desk...."wow" extremely nice and accommodating to us. And to be honest the entire front desk receptionists are very good at what they do. I will return.

The microwave was so old that the iron inside was powdered and smelled and we could not use the Microwave. The customer service will never pick up the phone and they don't have anyone to bring you anything to the room. Only if there is more than one person in office is when they actually will bring you something about 30 min later.
