-untrained employees , unprofessional , Rude unprofessional Manager. If the Employee offer free parking then manager should honor that.
- hallway Carpet stinks

-bathroom door didn't lock.
- Its not worth it to stay for what they charge.

The facilities are a bit old, and you have to climb a hill to get to the main entrance of the hotel. It is not far from old town transit and fashion valley, so it is quite convenient.

Came here as a family of 4. Ill start off by saying the parking lot is terribly made! Very tight. And the parking lot elevator, slow, squeezy, you hear cracking as it moves. I think the elevator is older than my grandma!
Check in was super easy and fast.
Now the rooms, disgusting, super runned down, carpet it torn everywhere, damaged walls, the bathtub was rusty. I felt nasty staying there. Never again. Not family friendly at all.

The rooms were nice and the service was good, the pool and hot tub were relaxing as well as some good drinks/munchies at the hotel restaurant.
