Everything is good, the room could be newly renovated and the view is great. The only thing is that the wifi is very slow and parking costs $45 a night. If it weren't for these two things, it would be a great, great hotel.

For this level of hotel, I would have expected glasses and ceramic cups not paper. Robes are available if requested but not made known. Little cups of creamer for coffee would have been nice rather than one packet of powdered creamer.
Work out room is nice. Please add some way to wipe down equipment between use!

Hyatt Management seriously needs to improve performance of customer service by the front desk. When called and asked to bring dental kits, shaving kits, and slippers, it took over an hour to bring it to my room after 2nd call. No one seem to care for the room guest. Personally love to travel and been to lots of hotels around the world, but, I have never seen an hotel with such an horrible customer service. It was very disappointing experience.

The beds are awful and the pillows are completely flat; bring your own pillow. The bathroom had poop on the walls. Our room keys kept getting deactivated and we’d have to walk all the way back to the front desk, this happened 4 times. The onsite restaurant Red Marlin was poor quality food and expensive, $50 for three medium scallops no sides… I had called ahead, messaged, and texted the hotel prior to arrival to have a crib ready, at check in I confirmed a fourth time and they said it was in the room, it was not in the room, we had to wait for someone to bring it up. Valet and self parking are the same price ($50 a day) the valet are friendly. The location is convenient at least. The pools were probably the best part about the hotel. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

We had such an amazing time. We stayed in the tower and had an amazing view. Room was spacious and clean. All of the staff were courteous, knowledgeable and super friendly. We would definitely stay here again. What a wonderful vacation.
