The service attitude is average. You have to negotiate and communicate with the waiter in a nice manner.

What a disgusting trick. The $100 deposit is non-refundable.

Looks like an old hotel

I hate leaving bad reviews but this was not for me....we were in San Diego for a family vacation and decided to move from our VRBO house on the final night to be closer to SD Airport and to a concert we were attending before leaving early the next am.....Check in was quick and pleasant and I rented two rooms for me and my family...like ok the floors were somewhat new, room clean...but bathroom was kind of dirty, door barely closed, cracked tile, toilet dirty....again it served its purpose but if I had to do it again I wont stay there. Also its pretty loud with planes coming in and out all night, other than the location nothing great!

I didn't like anything about the property... If I had known what shape the property was in I would not have stayed there! There was some "stuff" going on most of the night in an adjacent room and I had a terrible sleep! Also, the room's condition was atrocious! The whole place needs a total redo!! The pictures on the ******* website did not resemble the actual condition of the room! I would not recommend this property to anyone!! One star for sure!!

Didn’t have much expectation although it is not particularly cheap. Check-in was smooth. Staff was not particularly helpful though. Free “hot water” and coffee were provided in a self serving corner. But water was not hot and the staff didn’t seem want to reheat it even after we telling her. Water tasted like hell with residual coffee “flavour”. The room was poorly maintain. The door lock was broken. The lamp was not working and the hanger bar fell off from the wall. One good thing is that the room was clean and tidy.

TV didn't work, towel racks broken, water stains on the ceiling, funky smell in room, dated furniture. Staff was friendly!

I wish I would've gotten the name of the older gentleman at the front desk. His customer service made my stay so much more enjoyable. And Ill definitely be back.

Run down. Homeless people sitting around property. I would never book this place again only reason 2 stars comfortable bed

Plans changed. Tried to cancel our stay a MONTH prior to reservation. Wyndham would not refund a penny. There's hospitality for you!

Paint was peeling in all parts of the room. Part of the doorframe to the bathroom was missing - this was very visible once you shut door to the bathroom. The shelf in the shower was crooked and barely held up by some sort of tape and semi-permenant bonding. The door sort of stuck.There is a single heating vent in the room and overnight was able to bring the temp up to 71 from 62, but the room didn't really get very warm.

For the price the property was okay. Only about one mile to the waterfront and easy to Uber anywhere in the area for a good price.

Very clean friendly personal The only thing the shower had no pressure and the water was standing in the tub. Other than that is was a good stay.
