I’m surprised they don’t charge you to use the elevator! The price of the room doesn’t include parking. I have never heard of such a thing. I found a hair scrunchy on the shampoo bottle and there was one small bar of soap available for us to wash our hands and take a shower. I’m assuming the shower hasn’t been cleaned so I guess no shower today. Very disappointed!

We appreciated that the hotel was clean and quiet even with a conference going on.

Super happy with my experience. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The room was ultra clean. The staff was efficient and kind, even gave me a cookie. I didn’t come with a pet, but would definitely bring my dog with me in the future. Cheers!

Great Stay

When I go to San Diego from Arizona I always stay at this DoubleTree hotel. The location is perfect and there is a trolley right out the side the door there to take downtown if needed. The service is excellent The room is always clean and the staff is very friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone whoever visit San Diego. You will enjoy your stay there

The regret is that the wallpaper in the bathroom is warped. The barrier-free bathroom has a curtain, but the shower water still splashes easily. The lobby will give you freshly baked big cookies, which taste very good and satisfying. If you like to eat, you can ask for them. There is a menu for the main course of breakfast, and you have to order from the hotel waiter. It’s just that my family didn’t know about the first breakfast. I went to the restaurant alone and only ate the fruits and staple food on the dining table and gave the meal ticket to the waiter. I didn’t eat the main course. Unfortunately, it can’t be compensated. It’s a pity that the room rate is high for one night.

The first negative review on Ctrip was for this hotel. The feng shui is extremely bad, which makes people sleepless and upset. The quilt is very thick and feels very wet, old and heavy.
