My family and I checked in at your hotel around 1:00 AM and were unfortunately woken up just a few hours later, around 6:30 AM, due to a serious water leak from the ceiling. We were forced to evacuate the room without having had any proper rest.
Although we were moved to a new room at approximately 7:00 AM, we received no apology or acknowledgment from the hotel staff upon our return later that day. To make matters worse, the new room we were given had a constant, disturbing noise coming from the air conditioner, which once again made it difficult for us to rest. This led to yet another room change.
We raised our concerns with the duty manager, but she appeared dismissive, lacking the professionalism and empathy expected when handling serious guest complaints.
We are very disappointed about Hilton San Diego Mission Valley with the service we received, especially considering the multiple disruptions and the lack of proper response.
