During my recent business trip to San Cristóbal, I stayed at the Lidotel, and the experience was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and courtesy that made every part of the trip much smoother. Despite the demanding schedule, I found in the hotel a space of calm, impeccable service, and a level of personal attention that’s truly appreciated when you’re far from home. Their kindness not only made my stay easier, but also left a very positive impression that I’ll certainly remember on future trips.

Nothing in particular. Everything seemed fine and excellent. I had a nice time at te hotel. And for the resturant, the food was so sweet and delicious. I recommend it to other people as well. Thanks for the invite .

Excelent hotel, the best on the Tachira state. Good location, next of a mall. Everything are clean and comfortable, Cold rooms, with all you needs, very safe and great attentions. Will recommend for business, vacations, just the best in the area.

After a long time without visiting Venezuela, I have stayed 3 nights with my family, and the experience has been wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting San Cristobal, it is next to Sambil Shopping Mall, where you will find banks, and the main stores in the city.

Hotel maravilloso. Excelente atención. Limpieza de cuartos, personal de limpieza, personal del hotel, seguridad, recepción, restaurante del hotel, TODO absolutamente todo fue fantástico. Gente súper educada, dispuestos a ayudarte, colaborar con lo que necesitas. Tienen servicio de taxi también. El restaurante del hotel es 24hrs y la comida es EXCELENTE!!!!
