I booked two types of rooms. 1. Deluxe room, #1 . Fair enough for the price. I requested to stay in this room but it was not possible 2. The second room I booked was shared bathroom, room #7. The worst room ever, dark, cold, next to the kitchen and reception. There is no way yo sleep , you can hear everything from everywhere. I recorded the noises from the upper level room. At 10:30pm, I addressed this to the receptionist who tired to help me. The receptionist looked afraid to call the general manger but he did it and this “gentleman”requested to speak with me . He is the rudeness, unprofessional person . His lack of empathy and cruel behavior is beyond normal. He knows the room is not adequate for any guest, he kept cutting me off, misleading the conversation by saying that I was shouting . I was so disappointed on my pajamas , cold , on my holidays , at the reception. Afterwards, he implied I got a special price for the room. That’s NOT accurate. I paid the full price . Therefore, at 23:00 pm , having 6 more days to go , he requested me to leave Casa Azabache. I told him that I was alone and I did not have where to go . He didn’t care. He said he was going to help me to book something for me , but he lied . I had to check on internet and booked a place to stay for the night. I overheard his conversation with the receptionist stating “ let her go, I will not give anything for free “ I was just asking to stay for the night while I figure it out where to go and get full refund for that night and the upcoming days . He returned me the money but still it is a matter of principle when you offer a room , full price, that it is impossible to sleep. He was even demanding for me to wear earplugs . Whoever decide to book here be careful with room 7 and with the manners of the General Manager / Owner , Jaime Jurio.
