This hotel did everything from packing me a box lunch on my tour to helping me locate a doctor. Everyone was cheerful smiles and ready to wait hand and foot like a five star hotel! I saw the massage therapist and got the massage of my dreams... For only about 25 US dollars for 90 minutes :-) I tipped very well as it's not common in this area to tip she was quite surprised. The hotel is far enough away from Central to stay out of the noise but close enough to be a 6 minute walk. The food everyday was fabulous I stayed 2 nights, left for three and returned .. not only did they hold my luggage for me but they also had it in my room when I returned!! It was really cold when I went in February but they gave me an extra blanket in that solved my problem unfortunately didn't take any pictures of the beautiful garden 😭 They really met my every need while I was there! If you have just a little Spanish you can get by I am fluent that there were others there that did not have any!

I liked the room, just the right amount of space for two people, and the dim lighting for those of us who like the darkness to sleep. The receptionist was courteous, not rude but not friendly either. If you are someone who is demanding when it comes to breakfast, I do not recommend the included breakfast, it is better to go out and see some restaurants in the area.
