Excelente opción para poder pasar tu estancia, cuenta con gimnasio, restaurante y estacionamiento. Tienen diferentes tipos de cuartos, y en lo personal sentí muy cómodas las camas les doy un 4 de 5 a las camas. El personal es super amable y te dan solución a cualquier situación que se presente. En cuestión del aseo les doy 4 de 5, no es queja pero se que pueden mejorar esa parte. No voy a mentir a veces cuando llegaban personas a hospedarse de noche y estaban entre el lobby y el restaurante y hablaban era molesto escuchar sus voces tan fuertes, pero le comenté al personal y supieron dar solución al problema, en eso les doy 5 de 5. Estube desde enero hasta el mes de marzo hospedado y de ahí en fuera de lo mencionado, todo me encantó, le agradezco al personal de Hotel ROCAVAL su atención y espero volver pronto.

Excelente ubicación, plaza cruzando la calle, Oxxo en la esquina y transporte, el personal muy amable, pero el aseo no lo hacen muy bien, como que solo trapean y tienden camas porque en el baño el espejo seguía con las mismas manchas y el lavamanos igualmente con la misma suciedad que el día anterior, a veces no nos dejaban kleenex y jabón de manos. Nuestra habitación no contaba con cafetera ni secadora de cabello cuando en su página dicen que las habitaciones si cuentan con estas amenidades

Habitaciones cómodas y limpias, estancia agradable, personal amable, mobiliario adecuado, si va por trabajo o negocios y cuenta con estacionamiento dentro como muy pocos hoteles en San Cristobal. La tarifa con desayuno es s excelente si lo requiere y cercano al hotel hay comercios y restaurantes.

Excelente atención, amabilidad del personal e instalaciones. Es un lugar muy tranquilo excelente para descansar, trabajar y relajarse en una zona muy segura. Las instalaciones están en muy buen estado, las habitaciones amplias y el restaurante exquisito.

Hotel súper bonito, con excelente ubicación y amplio estacionamiento, lo que más nos agrado fue las habitaciones, súper cómodas y limpias. El personal de recepción muy able y eficaz, un reconocimiento especial a Homero López (Gerente de recepción) y Gabriel (recepcionista).

ROCAVAL, es para mi la mejor opción para hospedarse en la ciudad de San Cristóbal de las Casas, Chiapas, México. Cuenta con un servicio esmerado por parte de su personal, me hacen sentir como en casa. Las instalaciones comunes son confortables y muy limpias. Las habitaciones están excelentes, descanso muy bien en la cama, y en general todo dentro de la habitación es confortable… Se los recomiendo amolianente… Disfrútenlo…

La ubicación del hotel es excelente y un estacionamiento muy amplio y cómodo!! La atención de recepción muy buena, para negocios es una excelente opción ya que tiene lo necesario para llegar a descansar y el acceso es muy fácil para llegar en general todo bien
