This boutique hotel is elegant, has friendly and dedicated staff working there. The room is perfectly decorated with high ceiling if you’re on the first floor. The towels are plush, the robes are quality made and even the slippers are worthy to take home one of a kind. The shower lacks pressured water flow, our only complaint but still doable. The hotel is conveniently located next to the center zocalo. We bought a bottle of wine and drank at the lounge next to the front desk and hung out for hours. It’s so worth it to stay here and we felt like two nights were not enough.

Es un pequeño hotel con una ubicación privilegiada. Cerca de todo con unas vistas de primera. Las habitaciones son muy chiquitas pero cómodas. La cama, sabanas y edredones son de lo mejor, el descanso esta garantizado. Su punto fuerte es la atención y amabilidad por parte de sus colaboradores. Siempre con actitud servicial. Nos ayudaron a contratar un tour al cañón de sumidero o a cualquier otro lugar, así como traslados al aeropuerto. Hay servicio a la habitación y el restaurante donde sirven el desayuno en cortesía esta a un costado de la iglesia justo enfrente del hotel. Hay elevador. Nuestra estancia fue muy confortable, sin duda uno de los mejores hoteles en san Cristobal. Hice unas peticiones antes de llegar para evaluar el grado de atención y no fui defraudado. Mis felicitaciones a todos los que nos atendieron.

El hotel está en la plaza central, la plaza de La Paz. Mejor lugar imposible. El personal supera cualquier expectativa, son amables atentos y siempre con ganas de ayudar. En verdad felicidades! Los cuartos no son enormes pero no se necesita más. El colchón muy cómodo. En verdad si volvería sin duda.
