The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We feel like home! The hotel and room are clean, comfortable and quiet. Peaceful atmosphere with a beautiful garden. We had the tasty breakfast with the coffe and cinnamon which was very good. Thanks a lot for the warm welcome! I recommend this place.

El internet no es nada bueno, la atención del personal es de lo mejor, como inconveniente tiene el estacionamiento, está sumamente lejos y las calles en hora pico avanzan lento, la cama está algo dura, la ubicación es muy buena, la asistencia y consejos del personal son inmejorables, volvería a ir.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado prácticamente 3 o 4 cuadras de las zonas de bares y restaurantes, es un hotel muy bonito con una terraza donde tomarse un café es muuy agradable, las habitaciones son cómodas , siempre hay agua caliente en los pasillos hay garrafones de agua purificada para rellenar tus botellas, solo desayunamos un día ahí y el desayuno fue sencillo pero rico la atenciones es buena, San Cristóbal es un lugar que no te puedes perder y sin dudas volveré a Jovel.
