This place was amazing. The ONLY issue we had was the shower water was too hot. But not worth complaining aboit since most showers in Mexico are ice cold.

Excellent! We had a great time here. Rooms are spacious and clean. All common areas are beautiful and picture worthy. Good location, within walking distance of city center. Overall great experience.

It was a quiet hotel with wonderful amenities, near the Museum de Ámbar. It was also possible to have a physical therapist, José, come do massage in the room, which was great because I had a cold and it helped me heal.

This was ok but we had a few issues - went down to the breakfast area early at 7am to get a coffee to take back to the room & they charged us 40pesos each for 2 small cups when if we'd gone at that time for breakfast, coffee was unlimited.
Our room was also the furthest awày from the entrance possible & since the 2nd floor we were on had no lift & many different levels it was up & down all the time with our cases
The room itself, whilst fine, didn't have an outside opening window
The included breakfast was told to us as to what we were having rather than a menu to look at - our rate apparently was for an "American breakfast" & that was either eggs or pancakes, juice Or fruit & coffee. It was however fine.
The location was good however but in not sure if we'd stay again
