A normal hotel, in the pretty, already beloved town of San Clemente. Near the beach, shops and cafes. We booked because of the availability of a grill and before checking in we checked to see if it was working. In the end, it didn’t work, thanks to the staff, we tried to measure the gas cylinder, but it didn’t help, we couldn’t fry anything properly. There is breakfast, but it's coffee, fruit, juice and a bun in a bag. The rooms themselves are decent, but in some places they need renovation

Very clean and friendly. Very nice location near the beach. Construction noise and they changed our room location which increased noise. Older facilities but clean! Good deal

Free breakfast was non-existent. Was on second floor and person above was extremely loud. Asked to be moved to third floor only to be told I didn't purchase a room on the third floor (didn't know that was an option). I asked if I could pay the difference, only to be told no. So they basically offered me no solution and left me to just deal with someone stomping until 5am. Worst customer service experience at a hotel.

Had a six night vacation stay. The hotel, and my room, were older and in well-used condition. However, remodeling of a group of rooms was going on during the time I was there. I noticed that the somewhat smaller parking lot overnight was full and included plenty of nice vehicles - many guests! Room was clean. Glad I stayed here. Will check on this hotel the next time.

Very impressed with this budget hotel staff were lovely and helpful bedroom clean and we loved the little outdoor court yard with the fountain where we sat for breakfast would recommend and would stay again

Not terrible but not great. Staff was nice. Upon check-in, our room had a bad smell. Staff was kind about showing us several other rooms and last one had no smell. Breakfast room under construction - so just 'okay' to-go breakfasts in the lobby. Second day there tried to use their gym - closed. Coffee pot in the room overflowed all over counter. No hair dryer so had to request one. Overall okay but not great. Would not recommend property.

LOVE THIS PLACE!!! DEFINETLY WILL COME BACK! Love the staff & the house keeper is quick! love the jacuzzi and the pool too!!!
