We were having issues with the booking which was partly also messy by us but we found out on arrival that we needed to change 3 times in 5 days plus last 3 days there was 1 sleeping room instead of 2 which is not nice with a 17 year old. There was no flexixility on re-booking ore cancelling the last nights. The first two nights the room in the chalets good although the chalet back is facing a soccer field (that belongs to the hotel). The noise doesn't meet the hotel standards. The following two nights were not good at all. The hotel room ( 308) faced the back of the hotel with a lot of noise. Food was good but overal experience not good.
