The place is beautiful, the staff is amazing, they were extremely helpful and kind. We had breakfast and dinner evey day during our stay and the food was perfect. The place is clean, quite and has a incredible view. I strongly recommend to stay here.

Good hotel in a great location right at the beginning of the circutio chico. We stayed in one of the cabanas behind the main hotel, it was a little dated but spacious, comfortable and very clean. All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was decent enough if you just want convenience. I would recommend this for a stay in bariloche.

This is a charming hotel with wonderful staff Pablo and his colleagues arranged so many things with a smile and professionalism He even arranged a welcome light supper on arrival even though the restaurant was closed due to Xmas eve. Such lovely staff Bathroom was great and room very acceptable. One issue was that there was no outside seating but I think this is because it is more of a winter destination. Beautiful location

Good place, they should improve the reservation system. When booking they provide confusing information. The attention of the staff is friendly. Especially in the restaurant. The cabins are of good quality. We went in the month of April. The hotel food is average.

They gave us a room that was not ready (without sheets and dirty), we made the corresponding complaint at reception and that mistake they made they changed us for 1 day to a superior room! The attention of all the people we dealt with was excellent. The food is generally very good (breakfast, room service and dinner). The hotel is about 30 minutes from the center of Bariloche. It has beautiful views of Lake Nahuel Huapi. They have a mini movie theater where you can choose what to see and an elevator at the entrance for people with disabilities and the elderly. I was very happy with everything the hotel offered us 👏🏻

Hello...actually I haven't gone yet, I will do so in September/23. But I tell my experience in the Reserve: Be very careful when you do it. I went to the Official Website because it was the cheapest ($42,500/day). I made the purchase for 7 days and it gave me a total of approx. $297,000, when I accepted Pay with Visa, the Page took the Payment (without sending me to the Card Page). After a while the Hotel sent me an email with the Boucher, which was in Dollars. I called the Hotel and they told me that this is how they operate but at $277 (the official one). I called Visa to cancel the operation and they told me that they had no operation for that Hotel and no confirmation either. The next day the Payment appeared on my Card summary for $360,000...???, $63,000 too much. Be careful that it could be a modus operandi of the Establishment. It would be better to do it through some pages like Booquin, ZenHoteles, etc., you pay a little more, but they don't deceive you... In September I will give my opinion about my stay. And according to the comments read on Trypadvisor they are very good...
